There was just nothing. If anything she was ultra feminine to the point that she wanted to embody her favorite anime girls and be a kawaii idoru in Glorious Nippon. Everything she wasted money on was very feminine or even straight up for little girls Like the Chinese sticker book that Debbie got made over. It's just all so weird. Because the way she phrases it implies she's always been male. So I'm wondering if what pushed her over the edge was her inability to realise her dreams as a woman coupled with her feelings of regret over being the town bike. She got her vagina infected to the point where she only wanted to have anal.

And what does it mean by "...it was cut away and stopped when I knew it was going to be pulled out"? I'm still mega curious as to wtf she means. Now there may be no meaning that can be understood by anyone else and therefore my curiosity is moot. All I can think of is two things:

1. It's a delusion stemming from her "I'm turning into a futa" phase. There was never anything going on down there other than her constant stream of infections. The futa delusion turned into "I'm intersex and my penis was cut out" and it's 100% in her head from the start. Maybe with a small percentage being swollen tissue coupled with mental instability turning said tissue into a penis.

2. She had some medical procedure. Possibly just an exam of her infected vagina and cervix. The doctor said something, maybe did something routine and in Pixy's mind it became "He's cutting off my penis and and trying to force me to be a woman! I'm not a princess! It's sir!"

Both of these scenarios are similar and line up well with the futa phase that is now full on claiming to be intersex. Another possibility I mentioned upthread is that Debbie told her that she should have been a boy because her brothers turned out normal. If pixy thinks her dad would turn her into a burger than she sure as hell would garble this insult into "I'm actually a man".

Or it's all just schizo thoughts that no one who is sane can parse in any way so there's no use even trying.

This is pretty common in ftms, especially modern ones. Mtfs too tbqh. They will retcon the shit out of their histories and claim they are always so masculine/feminine respectively despite often being almost comically gender conforming. Typically this will just get handwaved as “repression”, mtfs might have “repression beards” and ftms might have “repression femininity”. Take this to mean they were pretty normal men/women before tranny shit took its hold. In Pixy’s case I’d guess it’s the fact that the hyperfeminine aesthetic highlighted how not uguu kawaii dainty she is and made her 180 into copeville by latching onto the manly man stance. Can’t be a “failed woman” (in her eyes) if you’re a man!

Plenty of ftms fall into this trap - they’ll outright say that because they aren’t conventionally attractive women, they’re better off being perceived as fat or ugly men. In a way I see their point, you are judged more harshly for being “ugly” (fat, unfortunate looking, etc) as a woman, but they don’t get perceived like Seth Rogan or Jack Black…they just get perceived as unfortunate looking women

Being a woman who’s always been very gender nonconforming, to the point of being bullied for it in school before falling into troon shit myself as a middle schooler, it’s bitter to see people who were 1000% just normal ass women/men claim to have been “repressing” for their safety/out of fear/etc when they literally act the exact same post “transition”. Can’t really say what’s going on in her head, as it’s so fucked it’s hard to parse genuine schizoposting from attention seeking. But intersex cope is very, very common amongst trannies and it isn’t at all an unusual development of delusional beliefs (ex: my vagina often gets infections -> my body wasn’t meant to have a vagina -> i must be intersex), delusional nature of “regular” troon beliefs aside. Most have zero idea of the specifics of any intersex condition and vaguely understand it as a futa, which might be where her idea came from?

She might also genuinely have something going on that causes pain down there (PCOS, endo?) that her addled brain might misinterpret as her phantom penis trying to break free. She does describe it as coming from her stomach but she may not be aware of the spatial difference between the stomach and uterus areas (plenty of women are sadly unfamiliar with their own anatomy). Severe trauma, stress, and/or depression can also induce a form of psychosis. It could be anything causing her delusions. A mix of things, even. Pixy has always been a form of mentally ill. It's simply worsened as she's gotten older and untreated. We wouldn't know for sure what the fuck is really wrong with her unless she got tested and she fessed up crying about her diagnosis on Facebook. For whatever reason, she is losing her marbles, and Pixy is lucky if she ends up in a group home instead of crazy homeless schizo at this rate.

I can't reply to @toilet_rainbow , but if PT has a form of schizoaffective disorder it would have started getting much worse or started presenting around her mid-twenties, which I think it did. It would also get much worse treated or untreated as time went on, obviously it progresses faster if untreated which over the last decade she has rapidly declined. That being said no one is qualified to armchair diagnose her over FB posts, but it's still interesting to read all of the theories.

The BV is unsurprising as I mentioned awhile back, not only can you get a pretty bad case of it from antibiotics, but it can also keep coming back if left untreated or treated improperly (douches are the worst thing possible).

PT finally went to the doctor about it, and (this is the leap) I think they might have done an ultrasound, which unless you're trained to do/read them, they just look like a bunch of lumpy shit in your gut. This is what PT would have seen in her normal ultrasound:

While most of us aren't fucking insane, PT is and clearly interprets things out in the world in a manner that is congruent to her delusions. I think it's within the realm of possibility that she saw her normal uterus in the ultrasound results and went "AHA! I KNEW I was growing a dick, look it's right there inside of me!!!!". I doubt she voiced this to her doctor, but it would explain her saying she has photo evidence of her boi penis inside of her.

I'm going to say a lot of things that will be unpopular opinions but bear with me.

I finally hit the wall where I feel sorry for her. That doesn't mean I don't think she's a huge contributor to her own issues (and she's an absolute bitch), but I can't see someone as obviously mentally ill as Pixy and not feel sorry for her. People who are very sick and delusional aren't able to act in their own best interests, and will stay untreated/unmedicated because they don't think mental illness is the root of their problems.

It's easy to say she should see a psychiatrist and get medicated, but clearly she's not able to see her problems are mostly psychiatric and since being a parent doesn't stop because a kid turns 18 I'm going to definitely judge her parents for not pushing to get her help, even if that means they have to make the effort to get her involuntarily admitted to a psych facility. Deb goes around intentionally goading her and that's going to be have disastrous consequences.

Deb can't provoke her intentionally and then whine when she has a breakdown. If she wants her to live a normal life her parents are going to have to support her, and for someone as ill as Pixy that means more than just providing a roof. That doesn't mean they have to coddle her, that means getting her actual treatment and enforcing both that and medications. Pixy has conclusively proven over the years online that hand-holding and reassurance doesn't help her so they need to try tough love. I think booting her out onto the street would only serve to boost her persecution complex and increase the risk of her physically acting out, not to mention it's dangerous, so I would suggest just making her life really uncomfortable (by Pixy standards). No car, they'll only take her to doctor's appointments but otherwise no leaving the house, taking her phone away, taking away her art supplies, that sort of thing. I think that would work pretty damn fast.

She's always had issues coping with working due to anxiety, and that could be helped with talk therapy, exposure therapy and medication. But even that wouldn't help if she's so mentally ill that she's having hallucinations, and I do think she's actually having hallucinations. I think she has chronic infections downstairs and she needs to see an actual gynecologist rather than a general practitioner. The itching could be allergies but is probably psychiatric.

There's just no way a person who is actively hallucinating and suffering intense delusions is well enough to work. It's not just a case of depression or anxiety where you can suck it up and work.

Having said all of that, I've been following Pixy for over a decade so I know that huge part of her issues are things like entitlement (she has the RIGHT to work a job that makes her happy) and a willful lack of interest in being independent. She wants to be cared for and have her hand held to a degree that's pathological. She has incredibly thin skin and a persecution complex that can't be written off as the product of mental illness. She feels entitled to things that just don't come for free. Those are things a doctor can't really help with and won't change unless she puts in the effort to recognise those problems and change. It's a bitter pill to swallow, but many people have done it. That's something that could probably be remedied by a healthy dose of reality, but mental illness is not.

Really, she needs to be inpatient at a psych facility. She needs consistent long-term treatment. Then her parents can focus on the failure to launch issues.

Oh no I'm totally with you on this. Pixy is one of the cows on this site that I genuinely want her to get better. She's obviously not well and needs some psychological help. And she needs to get out of that home and away from her parents. There's a lot of friction in that house. I'm not saying her parents are wrong about her but they're wrong in how they go about dealing with her.
