Democracy is the least worst type of government. But it is not perfect. Never has been, never will be.

The constant appeal to it, the use of it's name as if it is some type of holy writ, the demand that people submit to something that was obviously not agreed on and forced on them using it... All of this delegitimizes it.

If people believe their votes mean nothing they will use violence instead. It is that simple.

All that the Tennesse GOP needs to do is ask Kamala when she shows up why she flew there in less than 36 hours to meet with the gun control hecklers but didn't bother to do so for the families of the kids killed by the pooner.
Or why she didn't go to East Palestine, OH? Or the southern border?

Depends. A benevolent Dictator is better than functioning Democracy. Because in Democratic systems and bureaucracy the more places that Human Greed, Envy, Cronyism and Corruption can take root. However a Benevolent dictator only lasts during his lifetime or until someone assassinates them, and knowing Humans, they'd likely do that pretty fast.

So Democratic systems, are pretty stable over the long term, but eventually fall to the same issue as all the other systems; total Human corruption. Which we are watching now.

In Brazil vote buying is illegal. This is pretty standard on every system where voting is used, be they a democracy or a republic or a parliamentary system or anything like that. To get around this corrupt politicians will try and instead make targeted donations or purchase the votes in a different way, such as donating a thousand bricks that just so happen to always go to people who are trying to build a house or holding rallies with cheap food. A common strat in the old days was the "pressure cooker" guarantee where they gifted a pressure cooker to voters but the lid of it would only be provided if they won the election so they would have a incentive to actually vote for them instead of taking the bribe and running (which is what would often happen) though this sort of practice has died down on most elections outside of the deep countryside.

The United States, as the premier superpower of the world and a advanced nation, does not have this. Instead they just straight up send you the money via a app if you agree to shill the fuck out of the candidates they want you to vote for and offer extras if you MLM that shit up by getting your family and friends to also vote.

Democracy!
This seems like an enormous cope. Are all the other pro choice wins from voters conspiracies too? Was Kansas? Was Kentucky? Conservtards are really sore losers

In the game of averages it is easier to get a decent government out of making people vote than to get lucky enough to have a Cincinnatus worthy of the power.

Vote buying is illegal you know. This is pretty much a huge violating of campaign laws. Even if it isn't the reason the vote was lost the fact this was allowed to pass at all and not investigated and shut down months before the vote is enough to throw the entire thing into question. And given the election was won by a small margin I am willing to bet apathetic voters getting paid were enough to swing it. The other states are irrelevant on the issue here, unless they also had schemes like this going on.

the wisconsin pro-choice candidate won by 11%. That's huge. You might as well say every election ever is rigged at that point

Yeah. How many people do you know, that are ruthless, cunning, and driven. And yet are completely principled, and then kind when warranted? That's like rolling all 18's on your D&D stat sheet. And then your D&D character might be killed anyway lol.

In Kansas, the pro-abortion side used out-of-state dark money to fund their campaign, and was being shilled by Elizabeth Warren and the mayor of KC (which is in Missouri).

The pro-life side, meanwhile, was grassroots and came almost entirely from within Kansas.

Even if the vote counts were legit (and I believe they were), it was all thanks to imperialistic astroturfing.

It could be. The US Electoral system is about as water tight as a sieve. May I remind you Arizona is STILL running recounts and suits over how fucked it is, Manicopa county has had issues with signatures and chain of custody for two straight elections, and attempts at actually implementing better security and streamlining the process are NEVER allowed to even be discussed.

And you keep ignoring the issue that we have some hard evidence of a political lobby using language that comes off as explicitly offering to pay people to vote, which is so hilariously illegal even 3rd world shitholes like Brazil and Ethiopia and Mexico would have sent police to investigate.

Deleted the part where you hope they come back and smash more windows. You think that's funny, huh?

Wanna know what'd be even funnier? If they got a face full of buckshot while doing it.
I did. I decided it was cringe of me. That being said, if your relatives were as gay as you are, I can't say I'm surprised someone vandalized their house.
Also yes I think it's hilarious.

Woman is bored on the internet again. You aren't really helping your fellow Women's imagery and reputation, did you know that?

Anyway...

Anarcho Tyranny

Cops have given up on having a moral compass. If your city is over 100k people just assume they are all Gestapo.

Edit: It's even worse. Police didn't want to charge at all. Progressive DA forced it, pushed a Jury trial and straight up manipulated it to ensure a conviction.

This shit has to be protested. People need to call attention to it. Pester the local GOP to do something.

I don't think it was the cops at fault here. Hear me out:

The detective who did the investigation testified that he didn't press charges because he thought it was self-defense. The DA's office charged Perry anyway.

So don't worry about beat cops. Worry about prosecutors. They're the ones whose careers advance by how many scalps they take.

Not saying you have to be a Thin Blue Line bootlicker, but don't wholesale vilify the ones whose job it is to wrangle retards and joggers for society.

If the detective testified that there had been evidence tampering and a Brady violation by the DA, that shit should've been enough to trigger a dismissal of the charges, let alone an acquittal.

What the fuck. Nuke Austin now.

Not to mention that the prosecutor should be disbarred for it.

Some people are trying to pressure Abbott into pardoning Perry. Hope his crippled balls regain function.
