AGT just did exactly that
And now, anyone he sues can just look up the AGT suit and find his greatest hits catalogued for his future victims. I'm eagerly awaiting his angry motion to forbid the defendants from using his sordid history of frivolous suits against him. I suspect the firm, if forced to give an answer, would say they declined to hire him based on his past history of filing suits in bad faith. Fear that he might misuse the formidable resources of a law firm for his personal vendettas would be a reasonable defense as to why they didn't hire him. I seriously doubt they said they didn't hire him because he's not LDS. Some businesses are allowed to discriminate on the basis of religion IF advancing the cause of a particular faith is the mission of the business. A Christian adoption agency can require all its employees to be adherents to evangelical Christianity or whatever. Since it sounds like it's just a standard for-profit law firm, I bet they're very careful to not give the impression they're biases towards a particular faith.

Unless this law firm is pants on head "special" and put something idiotic in writing there should be NO way Russ can make a successful claim. There can be a MILLION reasons not to hire anybody (not just Russ but literally anyone), and you don't need a reason as to why you hired someone else as long as it's not for prohibited reasons. Even if your decision is really dumb and you picked somebody terrible over someone qualified, that's 100% allowed. Now add on that it's Russ we're talking about and that should be all the reason in the world for a law firm not to hire him and if they HAD done so and Russ did what Russ does, they might find themselves getting sued right along with him.

I also think Russ absolutely heard what he wanted to hear on the call with "the state" and this will go nowhere.

They wouldn't need to go that far. Searching the internet for his name returns a picture of Russell embracing a prostitute. That alone will be enough rule him out of plenty of jobs.

He's damaged goods, and he did the damage himself.

They'll print out his Instathot comments and haul them into court by the tens of thousands.
And Russ will still be confused as to why none of them responded after he Venmoed them $1. You see he is the perfect combination that every woman desires: a freak in the streets and pipsqueak in the sheets.

They absolutely looked up his history of frivolous lawsuits and worried he'd misuse firm resources for his own ends. That could open them up to massive liability suits. And like you said, unless they were cork-on-fork stupid, they just told him he didn't get the job. I'm sure Russ isn't the first person to misunderstand disability law. Also, I doubt the Nevada EEOC said they'd represent him. They either took his complaint or gave him a clearance to sue letter.

The audio for Russ Greer vs Ariana Grande is on YouTube. The judge reads back Russ’ “There will be blood [in the courtroom]” post back to him among other highlights and utterly humiliates our hero.
My favorite part is when Russ tries to introduce his "evidence" and the judge won't let him because he hasn't stated a claim.

Ok, I did some checking, and the agency that handles discrimination claims in Nevada is the Nevada Equal Rights Commission. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission(EEOC) is federal. There are many steps between filing a complaint and going to court, and I doubt Russ's case has gone through them all. I believe that they're still investigating. As has been said, all the law firm has to do is show his history of trying to use the law to force women to be in a relationship with him, and to point out that Russ would have access to some powerful tools to harass and stalk women if he were hired. They can't be reasonably expected to assign a minder to him when they could just hire someone who isn't disposed towards harassment.
As @StinkySnack said, he's been rejected from lots of law firms. He's never applied twice, and what's got him so riled up about this one? I share Stinky's conjecture that a woman conducted the interview, and we all know how Russ feels about being told no by a woman.

Oh, that is definitely something I should check out. I just finished my video but it's mostly about the stupid shit Russ said leading up to the Ariana Grande lawsuit. No idea why he thought a small claims court case would get picked up by the media.
Because his first Taylor Swift suit did get brief coverage, which put the idea into his misshapen skull that everything he does is newsworthy. He didn't realize the headline was "stupid person does something stupid, surprised at stupid results."

Just watched it & Bravo. You did an excellent job showing Russ being his stupid self clearly.
Love your videos.

Can't wait to see how Russ calls this lies when it's his own words.
