I swear he has a weirdo sliding scale of what i "authentic", because sometimes he thinks the shit he get's is authentic, but here he claims people have to go over seas to get an "authentic" taste.

Yes this is what they have been doing for the entire video. They watch the dude visit Singapore and see the food be prepared then the same dish is presented to them. Amazing how he cannot sus out that conclusion and he is supposed to pay attention to the video.

What makes the Singapore version "good". There are a lot of dishes that have actually been improved, or revitalized. I also found it funny he thinks a street vendor is "Michelin quality".
