It's actually ironic because this is one area where Wu has them not only beat in legitimacy (Wu did transition after all), and in terms of mentality (Wu has no interest in screaming about how she herself is a tranny), but in writing. Socially Unconscious is fucking terribly written, wholly unoriginal, and about as interesting as my taint, but it at least has interpersonal character conflicts and shit actually happens at the end of the day, with several characters going through arcs.

Nobody would have given a shit if the phrase was used as a simple pejorative, i.e. "This boss has a tricky rotation and that eats balls."

What I was not expecting was it to be even more innocuous in context. They are literally talking about absorbing spheres. Her snotty, "I'm not going to play with teenagers" is just the icing on the cake.

Does Wu have a support network to carry her in FF XIV? Or is she relying on the automatic group finder? I can't imagine many people are happy to see her.
