I hadn't been watching much of Nads in a long time because it's boring, you can't understand shit that he is saying and he had cold tea with all those old Gunt messages. I will forever believe that Nads has a genuine hard on for Gary, not just because Gary talks shit about him, but because Nader is gay and wants him. That’s from her recent fall , allegedly she slipped on black ice even though there wasn’t any (according to local kiwi farmers) in Montreal at the time. She refused to hang around in ER, so got not treatment for it. There might be a gash somewhere as well because she was concerned it might be broken. Nader said he’d stitch it for her, but she refused.

For those who don't want to sit through it, Nader flashes some of the rules of Canadian court on screen from around 7:00, specifically the rules that state you cannot repost images or video of court appearances online. Nader is twisting the rules, he is trying to state that they mean anyone who attends cannot talk about the court happenings at all. He says that those who attend cannot proceed to go on a livestream or make a video about the case. That is entirely false. It is perfectly legal for someone to attend Canadian court and then report back on what happened. It is illegal to record or take images or voice recordings of the court.

This is a scare tactic to try to stop whatever comes up in court from being spoken about. His lawyer cannot ask for any further delays. Looks like Nader is more fearful of what might come out in court next week than he has let on.

He is so full of shit. A hall mark of most western democracies is a publicly accessible court system. Attending any phase of any type of trial can be really informative and interesting. BTDT.

Of course restrictions sometimes apply in the interests of national security or protection of minors, for example.

Nader is doing a piss poor attempt at pre-court damage control. Pretty sure he’s dealing with a plea bargain right now but that implies guilt and doesn’t work with whatever current image he is trying to sell.

Nader was a drug user when he met Chinny, but he didn’t have the financial resources to keep constant benders going. He had to sober up and work occasionally. But getting her money, then his own, began the downward spiral. She and he both are nearing bottom, and when the money runs out, that’s when things are going to get really fucking dismal. Luckily for DeeDee, stimulant withdrawal isn’t like opiate so she won’t feel like she’s dying, she’ll just pork up bigger than ever,

Meth is dirt cheap here. If Nader has a good connection and can buy a huge quantity at one time it's even cheaper. It blows out your dopamine receptors ten times harder than coke, lasts far longer, and isn't usually cut with anything. Whatever else you might say about meth, it's nothing if not budget friendly. I don't get the impression they really go anywhere or do anything, and they don't seem like big consoomers unless Gunt is buying. They seem to just sit around getting high, setting the kitchen on fire, creating drama on the internet, being sexual degenerates, and fighting with each other. Besides bills what else would they be spending their money on?

Nader is an absolute retard, but he is also an abusive POS and a bum, so he kind of knows how to evaluate whether someone will be a victim/mark worth his time and probably has a fair idea how much he can get out of them. He gave up the Gunt money as not worth it in order to attach himself to Debbie's ass for a reason - he figured, correctly, that Chantal is too unstable and will be fucked once the money dries up (and it could at any time), and while she takes a ton of abuse, she resents being forced to do anything she doesn't like or that takes effort, so she'll occasionally go nuclear and fuck up your life. Debbie, on the other hand, is a good and proper doormat, and if Nader tells her she needs to work, she'll pull it together enough to work. I bet she'd even do meth all-nighters on purpose so she could work a second low-skill WFH job if he insisted. Point is, I think they'll be fine financially for a while. If they're going to get addicted to something at least they picked a cheap one that can make you kinda productive if a bit retarded.

At one time there was talk that he had two seperate active court issues, but no-one could track down what the second case was, or where it was taking place. Mae talked about how hers wasn’t the only case proceeding, as did Chantal. Neither Mae or Chantal are reliable sources though…and Nader is less believable than those two women combined are.

From what I remember the other case was brought in Toronto , when him and gunt was there he disappeared for a few hours and then it turned out that a woman had reported him to the police for sexual assault, so I think this is the other case that might be ongoing.

09:40 in his court update video "So next week, it's Monday or Tuesday exactly, I will know legally what the lawyer can deal with. I tell you again, if anybody wanna join, go join. But you don't put it livestream or make video about it".

April 10th is a public holiday in Canada so the earliest his court date can be this week is April 11th.

I've gone through the Ontario daily docket for each court but can't find a case for Nader under the party names Elshamy, or E. N. listed for April 11th https://www.ontariocourtdates.ca/tomorrow/daily-docket.aspx I may have missed it in the list. That doesn't mean he won't have a hearing this week, he may just have the dates wrong. It sounds like he is yet again letting his lawyer go alone.

He is also a lying liar who lies but it was an interesting choice to randomly post a video like this so far from the May court date.
