The external genitals of a woman have no "reproductive" functions (well, they do, but not in that sense), the internal ones in trannies would arguably lack the elasticity needed for reproduction and reproductive capacity, but not much else. The major problem with trannyism is that no studies actually show improvements in well-being. Clearly you are dissatisfied with your life and think this will fix it. But it won't. It will only put you into one of the few social roles that it is absolutely, 100% guaranteed you cannot fulfil. A biological man cannot be a tradwife. Your brain is not designed for womanly activities. You do not have a working vagina. You have no ovaries and no womb and can never bear children, which is the most important duty of a tradwife. Your entire plan is absurd.
What you should do is whiteboard your life a bit, think about what fundamentally would make you happier, and what are realistic routes to pursuing those goals. Being a tradwife is impossible, but ask yourself why you want to be one. To have love and affection? To have a sense of belonging? You want to be a stay at home mother, which by the nature of your chromosomes and reality you simply cannot be. This clearly causes you some level of difficulty in your social functioning, because you are using drugs and seriously contemplating mutilating yourself in a belief that those actions will make your fantasy "more real" or in some way possible. Your difficulty in tolerating the emotional closeness that sexual intercourse requires in nearly all humans has been explained away by you as being a function of your imagined "gender dysphoria", as opposed to a very common feature of SzPD. The conflict between the reality of that mutilation and your internal fantasy life, and your partner's revulsion and withdrawal due to it, will absolutely break you. You do not quite fully understand yet the extent to which your fixed delusion that the fantasy inner world can become a real external world in which you live underpins your entire psyche. In the middle of that collapse, the abandonment by your partner is a psychological blow you will not be able to withstand.
You are too young conventionally for a diagnosis of personality disorder, and such psychiatric input as you have is waiting for you to maybe "grow out of it". The personality is flexible until the mid twenties, and many young people with suspected PD traits do indeed return to more normal psychiatric and social functioning. You realise already that the reason you are being subjected to "gatekeeping" and apparently excess delays in your "gender treatment" is because your medical team are playing for time to see if you grow out of it, or if you can reach the age and stage where a formal SzPD diagnosis can be made. You understand that because SzPD is a disorder related to sense of self, such a diagnosis will bar you from all but the most 'pay to play' "gender reassignment clinics", which is why so much of your worry about the surgery is the cost. You expect to have to see one of the US or Thai butchers who ask no questions about suitability for surgery.
Antipsychotics don't really do anything for SzPD, but antidepressants can help relieve some of the symptoms. The real hope for you is psychodynamic therapy. This will not be of a "gender affirming" type. It will be painful, very much so, to work towards integrating your emotional world with the external reality in which you live. But it is possible to live, and indeed to achieve a fairly 'normal' life with SzPD.
But, as the saying goes, you can't get there from here.
So the question is: when are you next seeing your psychiatrist to ask them to talk with you about this possibility?

How about a link to their results instead of 3 shitty links that only 1 requires no hoops to get through. Like maybe from their clinic. Because we both know that doesn't exist and none of these surgeons have repeatable results. Even on their own website, you might see one or two reasonable results but the vast majority are ghastly. So either admit that, or actually prove me wrong.
