Where's the hypocrisy? Her stance is pretty much: you have the right to exist, just don't go into specific places and, if you can, don't invent retarded neologisms like "people who bleed" to replace good old "women".
I'd say it's decent. It lacks the central mystery that was present in the books (you know who the villain is and what are his motivations from the very beginning) and it would be nice to finally get a villain motivated by something else than racism but other than that, it's fun and some sidequests are pretty solid.
We have at least one trans individual who posts here (@CammieDoxGirl) and sees the forum as more than a hate machine and they still receive rather mixed reactions.
