Honestly, after a few years of following the SRS thread, this is a really good outcome. Placement of course is totally off and way too high, but that can't be helped.
I’ve only ever seen one: buck angel. Even then, you can tell something is off about her because she is short and has a squeaky voice.
There is no one way to be a man, I know many men with many different experiences of the world. I've known stereotypical manly men who love sports and the gym, they work with their hands and fit the stereotypical archetype of masculinity. But I've also known men who are very effeminate, they work in fashion and enjoy stereo-typically feminine things. But they're both just as much men. I myself don't fit the stereotype of a burly tough hyper masculine guy. I've known guys who enjoy cross dressing and existing in a very feminine way, and they were still men, nothing would change that for them.
Lets not forget that internet images are often filtered and lack scale. If you saw this in person you would likely have a very different interpretation than seeing someone on a screen.
I don't think it's fair to let him expect to have access to it much longer.
A good chunk of detransitioner are gay dudes who chose SRS instead of dealing with the comorbid issues that go along with "dysphoria".
