Morning Shane. Its now day 19. We are still mocking you. We are still laughing at you. We are still providing proof that you are a fat manlet with bitch-tits and meth teeth who lusts after underage girls. You still have no engagement on twitter. You still have no friends. Patrick S Tomlinson still hasn't noticed you That is all.

Daddy cum guzzler is a known quantity to law enforcement the same way that Jeremy Dewitte is.

Ideal, if one is running an educational campaign about diabetes risk factors...

I'm also sorta doubting he still has a "girlfriend" he moved to Oregon from Washington. She likely dumped his fat gimp ass. It seems unlikely that he'd be e-begging for money to buy a mattress if his "girlfriend" was still with him, he'd just mooch off of her instead.

Shame is so not bothered by his Kiwi Farms thread, and users archiving evidence of his pedophilia and retardation, that he’s looking into the details of international hosting laws for the Kiwi Farms. Because, you know, that’s what people who don’t care about a website do..

Enjoy your new conversations with chomo eunuchs, also mad about their pedophilia being exposed on Kiwi Farms, big fat Shame. You’re ugly and have bitch tits. Did I mention you’re fat?

Nice bowling ball gut and mask outdoors, stupid.
Without healthsperging too much, I want to focus on that bowling ball gut specifically for just a second, if you'll indulge me.

You notice how his enormous, fat gut sticks out instead of sags down? How it looks closer to a pregnant woman's belly than, say, Ethan Ralph's bifurcated gunt? That firmness is visceral fat, which is different from the normal subcutaneous fat we're more familiar with. Subcutaneous fat, the fat between your skin and muscles, while unsightly, is significantly less of a problem than visceral fat. Visceral fat, simply put, is fat surrounding your abdominal organs, meaning it's actually behind your abdominal wall. This stuff sticks to your liver, stomach, intestines, pancreas, and even heart, and basically chokes out those organs until they can no longer do their jobs. Visceral fat buildup is directly linked to heart disease, diabetes, and strokes. Shane, unfortunately, isn't just morbidly obese, he also has a significant amount of visceral fat.

Now that you know this, you'll examine every fat ass you see for how rotund and firm their fat belly is.

Hmm yes that would seem to be supported by the survey I have conducted. You see, it turns out that all the girlies said he's very fat for a white lad.

Morning Shane! Can you believe its day 20 of us "sour strawberries" mocking you without being sent to pound-us-in-the-ass-prison? Amazing aint it? BTW, I'm a little worried about you good buddy. A Cardboard Box has pointed out that you aint just fat, you're VISCERALLY fat. Not good bro, not good at all. You need to get down ro the gym, and not just to creep on freshman highschool girls. We don't want anything to happen to you buddy, honestly! I still want to be mocking you on day 3,720!

@A Cardboard Box presumably he could reduce visceral fat the same way as fat in front of the abdominal wall?

I recall visceral fat also being a contributing factor for some cancers.

It was a while back someone said say something nice about Shane. He got me to go back to the gym.
Same, with a dash of Pat for extra motivation to avoid alcohol. I got really sick in February for about six weeks and packed on about 20 pounds during that time because I was still eating like I was working out, if not worse. When I finally started feeling better I kept putting off getting back into my workouts. This Friday will mark three weeks of 45-70 minutes of cardio a day six days a week, and I'm right on the verge of losing half of what I gained. Not quite back to my level of fitness where I was prior to getting sick (90 minutes/7 days, though at lower intensity than what I'm doing now) but I can definitely feel I'm getting close. He's legitimately been great motivation, the hardest part of the workouts has just been managing my time between them, work, and family/holiday stuff. Harder still is the urge to get back into reading thanks to Pat, I haven't managed to squeeze any of that in yet. I'd love to do it while riding my stationary bike but I don't want to ruin my books with sweat lol, maybe I can find/build a book holder that will mount to the handlebars

Visceral fat is significantly harder to lose than subcutaneous fat, as the body prefers to break down subcutaneous fat first. You can get rid of it the same way, however it would require basically a total lifestyle change, from exercise to diet.

In other words he'd need to start vigorous exercise, lifting weights and stop eating fast and convenience foods. A bunch of things some guy on welfare living in a homeless shelter can't do.

That's the great thing about lolcows. They motivate you to be better. I see a lot of my negative traits in them but to lesser extents. The difference between a lolcow and a civilian is the civilian has self awareness and that voice in their head that says, "stop, you idiot!" Like with drugs and alcohol, I'll look at Ralph and think, maybe I should pump the brakes a little. With Shane, I looked at that disgusting bulbous mass on his torso and thought I need to do something before I end up looking like this clown shoe. Although I brush my teeth, so I'll have that going for me.

It's more than just not eating bad food, in order to really reduce visceral fat instead of stop its buildup, he'd need to really watch his nutrient intake. That means lean protein, because fatty, low quality or fried meats are high in trans and saturated fats. If he forgoes lean protein his body will break down his (small) muscles over his visceral fat deposits, because muscle is more easily accessible nutrients. If he doesn't make sure to keep his intake of essential vitamins and minerals up, such as vitamins D, B-6, B-12, B-3, as well as iron and magnesium, his body will literally not have the ingredients on hand to burn the fat. Looking at his, uh, "physique," I'd also recommend vitamin K2, which promotes calcium absorption into the bones, where it's supposed to go. Excess dietary calcium (which I guarantee he gets from dairy consumption) without adequate K2 in the body to process it, leads to that calcium depositing in the arteries, which can do things like "kill you." Obviously calcification of the arteries takes years or decades of poor diet to actually cause a death, but let's be real, that dude fits the profile.

Sorry guys, pardon the autism, but I take nutrition seriously.

Learning something new here. Obesity is a serious social and health problem. Probably not helped by western diets favouring sweeteners / processed sugary substitutes.

I recall from visiting the US how the average American's palate leans towards sweeter foods. Explains why there's corn syrup in bread, for example. I think this is common when you buy 'budget' foods in the US - you have to spend more to have the healthier stuff that most Europeans have by default.

I think in Shane's case, if money's tight, he'll likely be limited with what he can afford when he does his weekly grocery shopping. As a result he might not have the means to buy the more nutrient rich, healthy, stuff.

I wonder how this effects his healthcare insurance? It feels like a poverty trap... Person can't afford to eat healthy food - person gets sick more often - has to spend more in insurance - has less money to change old habits - continues to eat poorly, gets gradually more sick over time - can't afford cover etc...

It always shocked me how people in the US can fall through the cracks like this.
