After the ham he fucked up I doubt that he follows the recipe to the T (RIP my nigga) whenever he claims to do so. Remember that with the ham story he first said he followed the recipe to the letter, then he admitted he put way less wine than what the recipe said you were supposed to put in before once again insisting that he followed it to the letter and that the recipe was wrong. We're talking about The Guy™ who regularly bitches about all the instant ramen, TV dinners and microwave meals that he somehow fucks up making (if he's not blaming Khet for the fuck-ups). Of course he then claims that the instructions on the packaging were wrong. Phil is a very unreliable narrator and the dumbest thing he admits is usually what actually happened in that situation and situations similar to it.

Spoilers Phil is going to do Elden Ring New Game Plus because he's a lazy piece of shit and the idea of steam-rolling the game to avoid a challenge is too hard for him to resist.
 
Phil just welcomed back all the 'Elden Ringers', like him.

Nice attempt at a retcon with this term. "Elden Ringer" was a slur that Phil coined to describe people that just turned up to his stream to watch him struggle with Elden Ring and either laugh at him or call him out because they were purist fanboys who wanted him to do things 'the right way' (read: Not abusing Jump+R2).

Now he's trying to use it to imply that it's just people who like the game. It was a term you created to insult your viewers, Phil. It's fundamentally retarded and people haven't forgotten, so I'd advise you to just drop the term altogether. Much like '50 bit bitch', you're not walking it back.

Hopefully we get a Bloodborne DLC repeat when Phil bought the Bloodborne DLC and decided to do a NG+ run. Ludwig got a serious power up in NG+ and it made Phil say "I am not gonna KILL myself fighting this boss" Yes Phil is killing himself playing video games

Unlikely, Since DS3 the first cycle of NG+ is pretty much the same as the new game run with just some extra health.

It was this or chat hand holding him through the game because gin brain forgets everything even though this was last fucking year. Can't wait for him to call this a redemption run because he is suddenly not sucking as much ass as he did the first time (While still playing way fucking worse than the average player). Just going to be an extremely boring grug run instead of doing something crazy like all those videos of people making magic users who shoot death beams at people.

Does NG+ throw any curveballs Phil might not be ready for? Any damage increases or something?

Nintendo's having a sort of live event in his neck of the woods later this year can't wait to hear how Nintendo are a bunch of out of touch no nothing morahns for having this a on site event for both covid and publicity reasons.
