Person can't afford to eat healthy food - person gets sick more often - has to spend more in insurance - has less money to change old habits - continues to eat poorly, gets gradually more sick over time - can't afford cover etc..

So do I but there's no way in hell this fat autist is going to do any of that. Reducing the fast and convenience food is step 1. Learning what you should be eating is step 3. The first thing to do is to break the habit. At that point it doesn't matter if he's cooking properly for himself or not. He needs to break the fast / convenience food habit. It's baby steps for a man-baby in this case. Then he starts eating lean meats, leafy greens, sleeping at least 8 hours a night and so on. And based on his physique it would take him years to reach a point where he looks good.It's more than just not eating bad food, in order to really reduce visceral fat instead of stop its buildup, he'd need to really watch his nutrient intake. That means lean protein, because fatty, low quality or fried meats are high in trans and saturated fats. If he forgoes lean protein his body will break down his (small) muscles over his visceral fat deposits, because muscle is more easily accessible nutrients. If he doesn't make sure to keep his intake of essential vitamins and minerals up, such as vitamins D, B-6, B-12, B-3, as well as iron and magnesium, his body will literally not have the ingredients on hand to burn the fat. Looking at his, uh, "physique," I'd also recommend vitamin K2, which promotes calcium absorption into the bones, where it's supposed to go. Excess dietary calcium (which I guarantee he gets from dairy consumption) without adequate K2 in the body to process it, leads to that calcium depositing in the arteries, which can do things like "kill you." Obviously calcification of the arteries takes years or decades of poor diet to actually cause a death, but let's be real, that dude fits the profile.

The cheap foods, the ones that poor people wind up buying and eating because they're cheap are also the ones with the poorest nutrition and the highest calories. I've said, many times, that if you want to eat well you can on a budget but you need to go with whole grains, legumes and the proper spices. And occasionally buy a pork shoulder. It tends to be a cheaper cut but you roast that low and slow for a couple hours until ti shreds with a fork and you have sandwiches, carnitas and stuff to put in your beans and rice.I think this is common when you buy 'budget' foods in the US - you have to spend more to have the healthier stuff that most Europeans have by default.

This. One of the reasons I cook so many meals in my truck is because its much cheaper than eatibg fast food, or diner food Also, if you use a slow cooker and liners its not even that much more work. I can literally make pot roast, corned beef and cabbbage, pork tenderloin, steaks, etc using nothing but a george foreman grill and a slow-cooker, and my cleanup is about 5 minutes. I can even bake niw that I have an air-fryer. If I can do all that in a fucking semi, then anyone can.Frankly I NEVER buy the argument that "bloobloobloo i cant afford to buy rich peepoh fresh food cuz poor"
It is not more expensive to eat real food, in fact I found it cheaper. Immediately after COVID I decided to remove anything containing refined sugar, industrial seed oils, refined flours or artificial sweeteners from my home. My monthly grocery bill was almost halved and lost 15lbs without even limiting my food intake. Embracing seasonality in produce and buying direct from producers will save you even more money.

All of the cooking you have to do means you also need to spend more time cleaning. But it's worth it to not be a fat faggot with bitch tits (and probably cancer, diabetes and/or heart disease). To be fair once you get to the shape Porkins is in you need to go whole hog to get rid of the fat. We don't get a lot of goat though unless I want the meat to stew so I can use it in patties. You also get to dry age it yourself and use the scraps for broths and/or animal feed. any bones left over can be dried out, smashed, and put into your compost or soil bed in your garden for added nutrients for your garden. You'll have more than enough bones leftover. When you buy half a beef locally you know exactly what it eats, how its raised, etc. There are several folks in my area that do grass fed beef, and if I doubt them I can literally drive over to thier pastures.
