I've heard others mention it can cause pain in the stinkditch as the atrophied dick tissue start to grow again once you reintroduce testosterone.

That level of transition is a bell you can't unring. I think people want to be optimistic about detransitioners, but their bodies are so jacked up and it's not like there's tons of medical knowledge on what to do for them.

It doesn't get talked about as much as the mental suffering, but a lot of detransitioners talk about how they're in physical pain all the time. Even just the wrong sex hormones for too long but no surgery seems to cause long term physical pain when they come off. A nightmare.

When I read shit like this it makes me so grateful that in my youth full of many bad decisions, I never did anything remotely near this level of insanity and retardation. I can't imagine waking up without a cock, and knowing that you YOURSELF are responsible for it. This is why this gender surgery shit is so mind blowing to me. I've also noticed over the years that many troons allude to having signed agreements with their surgeons that they won't post critical comments online. I think this might account for many of the comments as documented in the SRS thread that are like "I'm pissing and shitting out of half a dozen fistulas, any tips you guys?....but I LOVE my results and regret nothing and it's totally not the doctor's fault!!!"

Obviously breaking this type of agreement isn't a criminal matter (and probably rarely even a civil one), but I'm positive the surgeons tell patients that if they break the agreement and say anything negative then they won't do ANY revisions or repairs, or any other stages of the plan. And as most of you probably know, neither will other surgeons.
The reasons the butchers do this is obvious, but it's so incredibly cruel. You can't warn others, you can't say on record to anybody what you're actually thinking or feeling, you aren't allowed to complain.

I think those people still need to be loved, just at arm's length. Detransitioners largely seem to understand the harm of absolute support coupled with no knowledge, in my very limited experience.
