Fish Tank should be a WP2 sketch, not a show, it's going to suck. Imagine how unbearable all the tryhard contestants are going to be with their le ebin quirkiness. The most likely theory about the Marky and other girl rumors are one of Sam's spurned mentally ill exs (probably the one that told the FBI he was manufacturing CP) has made it a mission to try and ruin him. If you've followed MDE long enough you know just how dedicated the Marky posters can be. If she was insane enough to lie about making child porn there is no doubt in my mind she would spend years trying to get Sam ruined.
