I think the AGT suit was hilarious for no other reason than Freemantle's lawyers had to tell him who to sue. I think they figured he'd eventually figure it out on his own, so they might as well tell him so they could get the whole mess kicked because of the arbitration clause rather than wait for God's Favorite Idiot to get lucky and file the right thing.
Five bucks says he joined another swinger group and still doesn't get why everyone hates him.

I would love to see a genuine gym arc from Russ. Not cardio in dress pants, but a real program with gainz. It would be lulz when the inevitable injury happens, but mostly I'd like to see him get buff and still shot down by the ladies. That's where the real laughs would happen "what the heck? I thought women liked muscles! Something something Bruce Willis or Arnold!" (Because Russ is perpetually late to the game.
It will never happen, because he's a cow and cows cannot change. A gym arc would mean accepting he's not perfect as is and proper dedication to create a reality.
