The mother posted the material from her daughter's phone onto said daughter's Facebook account while her daughter was somewhere else. She was charged initially at the end of November 2012, but charges were dropped by January 2013. So in other words she was snooping through her daughter's phone, found something that shouldn't be on there, but then boomered it up in the worst possible way.

It is pretty clear from the article that the authorities' main concern was scrubbing it off the Internet before it got into the hands of disgusting freaks who get off on this shit. Is Shane one of those disgusting freaks who gets off on this shit? Although I haven't seen an explicit denial of the authenticity of the screenshot where it sure looks like he's asking for the photo, I haven't independently verified it, so I don't want to state that as a fact.
