So honest question that's probably already been answered here.If trans people always existed then what exactly did trans people do before this "life saving gender affirming care" became a thing?The only answer i get from TRAs is the unfalsifiable claim that their suicides went unreported.Which if true then how would anyone(even themselves) know about it?How would anyone get any data or reports on anyone who committed suicide was because they couldn't be trans?

They didn't report deaths accurately back then and since most of the time you had to report to your local churches. If you didn't have a church near you then the death may have never been reported. Even if there were death records of suicides they would be inaccurate just because the system was relying on the church and family to report and keep the documents. Data is a modern concept that we value but this is not the case back then. Families would rather not report the death of their mentally insane son because of how other people would view their son. It would be viewed as a failing or bad bloodline to have your kid make insane claims and delusions. Data collected back then were for only money, insurance, etc. not for looking at who was a tranny who didn't get gender-affirming care. What did they do back then? Well, they probably didn't exist and similar cases like someone being delusional were just treated like any other crazy. This is entirely a modern problem and concept because I doubt some farmers or miners really thought about what is a woman because it's a stupid question. Average people had other shit to worry about than some philosophy preaching about societal norms and virtue signaling.

I don't usually participate in this thread, but I read it almost religiously. There's some great luls to be had. You know those third genders from non-western cultures that TRAs love to use as proof that trans people have always existed. Throughout history you can find examples of people living as the opposite sex for one reason or another and they did it without the ability to changer their sex characteristics. Thi is one of the things that make me seethe more.
