PBR gets shit for because hipsters adopted it 10 years ago
do you Schweinhunds not see the perfectly good cans and bottles of Radeberger, and weihenstephaner for sale at as little as 12 or even 9 dollars? Hell even wintersten which costs one dollar a can in most places is better than that pisswasser you call bier as it still adhers to the Reinheitsgebot . Ach dur leiber!

Rather depressing for a company going woke can lose billions in value and represent less than 5% of its total. Nevertheless it is a start and people who commit to the boycott should not let up. If that percentage number keeps climbing up it may be enough for some board members and directives to lose their fat end-of-year bonuses and make them reconsider pandering to this madness.

As the CEO of a company founded in America’s heartland more than 165 years ago, I am responsible for ensuring every consumer feels proud of the beer we brew.

We’re honored to be part of the fabric of this country. Anheuser-Busch employs more than 18,000 people and our independent distributors employ an additional 47,000 valued colleagues. We have thousands of partners, millions of fans and a proud history supporting our communities, military, first responders, sports fans and hard-working Americans everywhere.

We never intended to be part of a discussion that divides people. We are in the business of bringing people together over a beer.
My time serving this country taught me the importance of accountability and the values upon which America was founded: freedom, hard work and respect for one another. As CEO of Anheuser-Busch, I am focused on building and protecting our remarkable history and heritage.

I care deeply about this country, this company, our brands and our partners. I spend much of my time traveling across America, listening to and learning from our customers, distributors and others.

Moving forward, I will continue to work tirelessly to bring great beers to consumers across our nation.

I just went full 'awwwwwwww' because you used my Nana's favorite slur, schweinhund. she used to say something that I believe translated to a pig fucking bastard (schweinhund). I miss her. carry on!

If, for whatever reason, any of you drink Bud, I strongly encourage you to switch to Yuengling if possible.
It is:
  • The oldest brewery in America
  • STILL family owned
    • now on the 6th generation
  • Unabashedly and unashamedly patriotic
  • Tasty
  • Available in 26/50 states and expanding
    • we got it here in Oklahoma this February, before then it was pretty normal for someone to drive over to Arkansas or Texas and bring some back
If you can't get your hands on some, a couple widely available beers with a similar flavor profile I'd recommend are Fat Tire and Pilsner Urquell (which is the first ever pilsner beer, created and imported from Plzen, Czechia).
Though my biggest recommendation is always to visit a local taproom and buy a couple flights and try a bunch of different beers. I guarantee you'll like one of them more than anything Bud has to offer.

awww danke guter freund, mien Nana's favorite slur was always "You jungle bunnies stay away from me! and yes schweinhund can indeed translate to bastard or fucker, usually of pigs or dogs as the "hund" part can mean dog.

"I have to say something, but I can't. I've found myself in a situation where anything I say will result in picking a side. If I apologise to the one side, the other side will label my brand bigoted and possibly burn our shit down. If I stand with my marketing retard's decision and say I support the tranny, the other side won't buy my beer anymore. Fuck, I can't even fire the retard that made the decision to bring the tranny in without finding myself in more shit. All I can do is nothing. I'm sorry about this backfiring. I employ thousands of people. Please buy my beer."

Sorry for a stupid question but is 3% considered a large drop? I get what it translates to in dollars but I mean relatively speaking.

No, pull up a graph of inbev stock and look at any point longer than 1 week and it'll be obvious. It'll be impossible to tell if any of this will have any real effect until we start seeing numbers actually dip on earnings and their stock getting downgraded, all the clickbait "bud light lost x dollars" are just retards grasping at nothing

Schwein = pig, Hund = dog.

There is also "innerer Schweinehund" = internal pigdog, your lazy self that you have to overcome.
