And it's interesting to consider what you said in the context of the Faran DMs where she said Nick said "his wife wants to swing". I don't know what receipts Himedall has, but if he didn't hate his Discord pre-Balldo, he definitely grew to hate it post-Balldo. They actually went in pretty hard on him when the degeneracy really started to come out. There were caps posted here of that right before he temporarily took the thing down. I really am convinced that gore porn story was to cover up the fact the peasants were beginning to revolt.

The distinction between his Discord and Locals is this:

Nick's Discord is mainly people who have no compunction with going in on lowcows (not terribly unlike KF). A lot of them became fans early-on because that's something he used to do (Ron Toye, etc.). Some of those people have now (correctly) recognized him as one, and that's very inconvenient.

Contrast to his Locals, which is wine mommies who fawn over him and debase themselves by giving him lewds. It's not hard to see why he prefers one over the other. Especially after he dropped any pretense of him being a trad alpha.

Strix and Anominous are correct: The worst thing you can do to Nick is poke fun at him, or have the audacity to tell him he's acting like a fucking idiot.
