But despite a record of flouting numerous court orders, the registered sex offender was released when a sheriff granted bail.
And last night the latest let-off for the 6ft 5ins beast, born a boy called Lennon, was slammed as a “farce” and “soft-touch justice”.
Dolatowski, who was convicted in 2019 of preying on schoolgirls in supermarket toilets, is under orders to stay at a property in Grangemouth, Stirlingshire, between 7pm and 7am every day.
But last weekend the pervert was located by officers 150 miles away in Newcastle and taken back to the bail address.
Yet the next day it emerged the fiend had vanished again from Grangemouth.
This time Dolatowski turned up 130 miles away in Aberdeen and was taken into custody.
Last Tuesday, fiscal Amy Sneddon told Falkirk Sheriff Court about the “flagrant” breaches of bail conditions as the sicko sat in the dock wearing a pink hoodie.
The prosecutor said: “The accused was located in Newcastle on Saturday.
"Officers collected the accused and returned them to Grangemouth.
“The accused then absconded.
"When officers attended at the bail address later that day, the accused wasn’t there.
"The accused was later traced in Aberdeen.”
Ms Sneddon added that Dolatowski is awaiting sentence for further breaches of sex offenders register notification conditions.
Defence solicitor Ruaridh Hood said Dolatowski had ‘panicked’ and fled the digs over fears “persons from her past” knew the location.
Ruaridh Hood said: “My client appears from custody and there are concerns about her mental health.
"She is fairly confused.”
The Crown filed a motion for bail to be refused.
But Sheriff Garry Sutherland dismissed it on Thursday and released Dolatowski, who also uses the name Alyanna McKenna.
The perv, who had admitted the breach, was let out the back door of the court accompanied by two cops, and was then driven away in an unmarked motor.
Russell Findlay, theScots Tories’ community safety spokesman said: “Bail conditions are imposed to keep the public safe.
"People rightly expect breaches to have consequences.
"Yet SNP ministers are pushing to make it even harder for sheriffs to remand accused criminals in custody.
“This is a textbook example of SNP soft-touch justice.”
Marion Calder, of campaign group For Women Scotland, said: “This is a farce. For everyone’s good, Dolatowski should be detained.”
We told last week how the brute, has been disowned by dad Simon Dolatowski, 43, from Kirkcaldy, Fife.
The sickened parent told The Scottish Sun on Sunday: “He needs to be locked up.”
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “On April 8, a 22-year-old missing woman from the Grangemouth area was traced in the Northumbria area and returned home by officers.
“On April 9, the 22-year-old woman was arrested in connection with breach of bail conditions.”
The force said they base the “sex/gender identification of individuals” on “how they present or self-declare”.
