None of them have defected from AF (yet), but they've all expressed some level of disapproval over Nick's handling of the situation, which AF lackeys are typically not allowed to do.

I don't doubt that Ali might be investigated by feds and if that happens and he gets in trouble that would be a good thing. I just don't see how Nick would be culpable. It's not Nick's fault some teenage fan of his sent a dick pick to Ali. Also I think Nick likely has more money than his parents. I doubt they'd cover his legal bills here. I really don't get what Nick would be liable for though. Is he supposed to prevent people from attending his shows if he knows a gay man is gonna be there? If livenation allows bassnectar to do a concert at one of their venues knowing he fucks underage groupies, is livenation responsible in court?

Chattanooga, Tennessee is one of the closest cities to Rome, Georgia. The other close city is Atlanta, Georgia, which is about the same distance away, ~70 miles. Kind of a long commute, but not unreasonable.

you might be right but I'll believe it when I see it. The Church is an ancient institution that's been around forever. Priests are essentially employees/members of the church. Nick's "America First" just seems like a loose agglomeration of like-minded political types. I know Nick has a non-profit, and that through the non-profit the AFPAC events are held. But outside of that all of the events seem rather informal. I guess any event that the non-profit paid for could be an official "AF event". But if the abuse or solicitation did not happen at that event, but instead online, days or weeks prior to or after the event, I'm just not sure it would hold up in court. No doubt this makes Nick look bad by associating with Ali Akbar for so long, but I just don't really see how this could result in true legal troubles for Nick

Are either of these retards aware that not reporting a crime is in itself a crime? If the cops have proof that Milo and Nick were aware of a violation of the law and failed to report it, they could be hit with charges that range from at best, failing to report and at worst, complicity, aiding and abetting of a crime. Hope both these faggots end up in the slammer getting big leagued by Bubba and company.
