I heavily doubt he is going to get convicted for anything sex related. At most he will be charged with tax evasion or similar crimes.

Keep in mind I'm no legal expert but He has been in pre-detention for months and still hasn't been charged with anything yet, the release on house arrest feels like an admission that they were wrong. Keep in mind I even if he isn't guilty I still think he's a degenerate grifter. But if he does end up getting convicted feel free to call me a dumbass retard.

The fact that they filmed and published his arrest was I suspect a very unusual thing for Romanian police. That suggests to me there was a "someone with power wants to humiliate you" aspect.

But the fact that it's legal in Romania to keep someone for 6 months means it doesn't tell us anything about whether he'll be charged or not.

Him communicating to get people to post multiple videos about witnesses could possibly be taking as some form of witness intimidation depending on the facts.

As much as he talked about his respect for romanian law and judicial system on his release suggests to me that they pleaded and pleaded and promised x to be released into house arrest, like good little schoolboys. Not that it's a legal victory.

The fact that they haven't done podcasts yet suggests to me that they made some form of agreements about what they could do with social media and its probably quite limited.

I personally think he will be charged with something, succesfully. I don't even think it matters. It seems mostly a pr war from both sides.

This, along with the "I will not half bite" tweet more or less confirms he is a furry.

Also, decimation means killing 1/10, so taking the bottom tweet at face value, he would land a good punch or 2 before getting his throat ripped out.

On a completely separate note:
There was once my dad pulled out the wikipedia page on the domesticated dog.

It said the domesticated dog is a subspecies of the wolf.

He and I now refer to all dogs as wolves.

German shepherds, huskies, labradors, corgis, even poodles.

All of them are wolves.

The more I see shit like this the more I'm convinced that he is genuinely autistic. I think that autism in highly motivated men (Tate, Elon, Kanye, etc) is a fucking powerful force for financial and life success if it isn't consumed by video game addiction

Something that occurred to me: When watching the Internet Historian's video on the Costa Concordia, the captain was placed under house arrest for a LONG time because the trial wasn't going to be straight forward. The situation with Shady Tatey isn't quite the same, but I'm curious if it's to buy time while they work out the case. Especially since he hasn't actually talked about it beyond his Boogie2988 "I'm super strong and a titan of strength" cope tweets. If they actually had nothing on him, it's interesting they could get him to agree to keep quiet. Just a thought.
