This actually went up to district court and got a summary judgment against her there. It was appealed to the Fifth Circuit, and the decision dismissing it was reversed on appeal. It settled when it came back down on remand, terms unknown.

Probably not news to anyone who's been keeping an eye this loony bitch's behavior but she is absolutely fucking obsessed with ona now. I'm talking even worse than Patrick or Shane Nokes when he first got on the radar. Every few seconds she's frantically tweeting some new "gotcha" like SpaceEdge is akschually Thomas Apostle
