The long-term solution is raising children in trusted communities, where they're never out of sight of a parent or trusted adult. Internet access should also be restricted until at least the mid-teens. Look at small Mormon towns, Amish communities, Kiryas Joel, and other communities that view mainstream culture as sinful. They manage to raise kids in their weird little bubbles and keep those communities going.

Pedo sociopaths know this, and that's why they hate stable families or tribal associations outside of state/employer control. Of course some of the examples I listed are infested with pedos too, specifically the Hardei community, so constant vigilance is still required of parents.

People are asking if anime has anything to do with what's going on, so I'm going to put my two cents in.

The problem is bigger than Japanimation. There has been an entire culture that has existed for several decades that has treated young boys like broken girls. Boys who "act out" are given medication (sometimes estrogenic in nature) in order to "behave themselves" as they sit in front of a desk under florescent lights while listing to, as the zoomer say, their "roastie" teacher. That's also another point: schooling is heavily dominated by women with very few men. I personally believe that if a child is going to spend 8 hours a day, 5 days a week somewhere, they need to have a male role model. But there's very few male teachers because adult men are, reasonably, afraid of being falsely accused of being a nonce. And that leads to yet another point: men are constantly told they are, by their very nature, uncontrollable and a danger to society. It doesn't seem to be in the zeitgeist anymore, but I remember when people were talking about college campuses having Day 0 courses that basically devolved into "men are all rapists".

Before anyone gets this twisted, I'm not saying that what I mentioned is "the one true cause above all else". My point is to illustrate at there is a deeper, long standing cultural malaise that has hung over the heads of males for an extended period of time. So, trying to pin it on "them cartoons from The Land of the Rising Sun" is an incredibly myopic view of greater issues.

There is a lot wrong with how we raise boys in the modern era but I do think they can be expected to sit still and focus in class without medicating the lot of them. After all, my father and uncles, my husband and his friends were all able to do this. Behave outside of class? Well that's a different story! Boys can't sit through a lecture? I think more is going on here, and yes, I would like to see more men coming back into the classroom to teach, not because boys can't learn from women but because there needs to be more male role models and influences involved, especially when so many boys do not have a father consistently present in their life.

Men typically don't stay in the classroom once they can move into administration, and at this point I think the profession is so female-branded that education agencies need some rebranding and outreach. I've observed a couple of cases of flagrant inappropriate sexual conduct with students and it was really difficult to revoke teaching credentials. I wish I had never found out the one guy, after being fired, was swept up by a desperate charter school even with his flagged credential. Don't send your kids to charter schools if you can help it. But you know what, I don't blame men for not wanting to have to work hours a day trying to keep their eyeline parallel to the floor because schools will not enforce dress codes these days and the last school I did a visit of had so much booty and boobs out even I was distracted.
