Didn't think the tranch could get even more depressing, and yet they persist

I'm also starting to think all these goats won't improve the capital socially necessary value of the alpacas nor the many commodities the alpacas provide. I think there may need to start considering some alterations to the Five Year Plan. Both the Soviets and Chinese admitted the need to alter the plan constantly to match results so there should be no shame for the Tranch in doing so because it shouldn't call into question the value of central planning by an elite caste that violently forces it on all, that's still as perfect as the science divinely demands.

This would be a great idea if China and Soviet communism was REAL communism (as we know real communism hasn't been tried yet not even the tranch since evil kept them down) and if the tranchers couldbe assed to do anything. At all.

Hmm, yes, true. The constant transphobia of the Kiwi Farms ruined the central plan, especially when Earl blew up the windmill, but I think there should be no shame in saying the plan for the alpacas was always to increase the number of Transformers collecting dust on Mistress's parents property.

Also, it’s been poked at before, but what exactly was the Tranch’s endgame? They grifted a huge amount successfully and then just absolutely pissed it away. They had to know that wasn’t going to go on forever, right? Even with total retards arguing over the finances or lack thereof?

Seriously the most tismd of the tists can work out when an animal is suffering. There are loads of them that wouldn't give a fuck about Dakau level camps in their neighbourhood working people to death, who would go out of their way to stab a motherfucker and all their children for harming an animal.
But these are a next level scum, not only would they cheer on chud auschwitz construction but they're also perfectly content to watch not just animals but animals they are responsible for suffer in this way.
This goes far beyond the tism or even just apathy and into active malace. I don't know what kind of mind can actively shut out such suffering they are creating but it's not a healthy one nor one I want anywhere near me (or society).

Penny once said he'd want to open more tranch locations and to inspire other queer tranchers to do the same. The ideal would be that they could successfully use farm animals to heal & relax trans people, to teach them and others the value of community and virtue of anarchocommunism, to teach trans people to defend & take care of themselves, & ultimately spread this web of anarchocommuhealing everywhere.

I'm sorry, you're too smart for the tranch. And that's a good thing, don't worry. The answer is that they thought they could score more through more pity campaigns. The infamous 3 tranchers in a car off to rescue a poor transwoman photo was widely mocked even on twitter when it was posted.
When presented with the option, the tranch will take the most laziest or the most thoughtless route in existence. Hitting the "gibs me dat" gofraudme button again and a again like a rat was inevitable.

Well, he succeeded. Granted, it was the result of a social and administrative clusterfuck which resulted in the death of the first one, but they opened another Tranch even if he's not calling it that. In Penny's drug-and-exogenous-hormones-addled mind, his ego is telling him this everytime Kev starts screeching about Overwatch 2 and plastic tat:

Out of all the Tranch Troons only Penny and the other ones who seemed to be genuine ex military might have a chance of surviving for a time after a disaster.
Probably by putting on male clothes and just finding a milita or bandit group that will take them.
But how does Kevvie really expect a single tranch to be self sustaining to the point of holding out after a disaster?

Here's all you need to know here: encircling the cities from the countryside is the mythological version of how the Maoist Revolution triumphed. They heard this at some point and Kevin is mashing it up with like, The Walking Dead or something.
All your logistics questions are irrelevant because they don't know and don't care about how things get to them currently so they assume it's magic and that magic will continue even though they failed to establish anything to trade in the current state of abundance, free trade, troonery promotion on social media, etc. despite "investing" massive amounts of capital and alpaca lives.
They aren't thinking of a house, like most cults they're thinking of a compound. They basically want a dorm. They're literally not doing anything new, the 19th century utopian commune movements, most notably the Owenites and Fourierists repeatedly started communes with no plans or ideas of how they were supposed to work other than "everything will be owned by everyone" and just winging it from there. Probably the most successful one was Oneida which you may recognize the name of because it reorganized as a capitalist corporation that continues to make silverware.
The ones I mentioned I did so specifically because they helpfully drew us images of their utopian societies, New Harmony (it's supposed to look like paradise, not a prison btw):

There is one more thing I need to mention about these, many of which you can read about on Wikipedia, despite the claims that these were scientific ways of living most of them were based on nonsense religious concepts, esoteric technological claims and weird sex habits. Some of the more famous ones collapsed because they kept trying to create polyamorous type "progressive relationships" for the entire community and as I'm sure you'll be surprised to find out, these tended not to be very sustainable for some reason. Usually this broke them up before they ever got to that part where the plan was never going to work.
