Her complaining that the pharamcy made a mistake and implied she got all the xanax on the same day completely glosses over the fact that she admits to taking 120 xanax a month. And yes, "up to" is the important part with xanax, you're not just supposed to pop them because they're there, undoubtedly her doctor told her it's up to three per day but only as needed, i.e. when her anxiety peaks or if she has an anxiety attack. If what she said about the timeline is true then she's been taking 120 xanax a month for over a year, that's insane and her doctor should have cut her off a long time ago.

Even if you just tell them you took more than three in one day they will document it. Its considering equally as bad as having multiple prescriptions from several different doctors for the same medication, which is known as doctor shopping. The first incident gets documented, after the second you are blacklisted and every doctor will see it on the NABP PMP InterConnect when they pull up your chart during your visit. That’s what they are looking at on the computer when they are talking you.

It is from a "us or them" mindset. Null is still on semi-friendly (aka neutral) terms with Nick, so the a-hogs are offended by that. They want their target isolated.

Not really, it would defeat the purpose if people knew their responses were being documented in the national database. They would be more guarded and much more likely to hide their addiction. Most people inadvertently find out when their doctor starts to ween them off of their medication after their second incident. They will start them on something less addictive to replace it with before they start tapering off their medication. If they flip out or state a preference it just confirms their drug seeking behavior, if they don’t make a fuss they just get moved on to a different drug without realizing why. People addicted to opioids will get transitioned over to buprenorphine once they start showing signs of abuse, but it happens while they are still receiving opioids so they don’t even notice
It is actually because Null worked out an armistice with Nick. Nick doesn't cross Null and Null doesn't make jokes about Nick besides the Balldo stuff. That is the only conclusion I can draw.

Disappointment in Nick for sure, but we also expected it at this point. His track record is pretty poor at the moment with anyone who might push back against his current life choices.
I think part of the problem with it not being funny is that we're all still seeing this similar to Josh. Nick had nearly 5 years of good terms with the farms so it's more like watching a friend start self destructing their life while we tell him to pull up before it gets worse.
There are some people that are actively rooting for Nick's downfall. When Josh doesn't go as hard on Nick as they would like, Josh is actively noseguarding and preventing people from seeing how evil and awful Nick is.
