Here's the official explanation from Bob Iger himself.Did they ever explain why Baby Yoda is with the Mandalorian again? Last season ended with him leaving with Luke then he's just back again.
Don't tempt fate. They said the same thing when comparing Season 2 of Mandalorian to Picard back in the day. If Picard gets more popular, they'll use it as a bully pulpit for politics. Especially since Trek is owned by Paramount, which is no stranger to leftism and social causes...........They spent almost an hour on the adventures of bull dyke spic and simp doctor but barely spent half an hour on the liberation of Mandalor? By the Nine, I never thought I'd say this but fucking Picard is better than this trash.
They should've just given Baby Yoda his own TV show where he learns from Luke and Ahsoka. The merchandising opportunities alone would've been worth a killing! Here's the official explanation from Bob Iger himself.
This is Disney Wars; They'll pair Baby Yoda up with Rey.They should've just given Baby Yoda his own TV show where he learns from Luke and Ahsoka. The merchandising opportunities alone would've been worth a killing!
Formerly Attichitcuk's would've been funnier, but that's a fairly obscure reference for anyone who isn't a Star Wars nerd.
Anyone who played Galactic Battlegrounds would know it.Formerly Attichitcuk's would've been funnier, but that's a fairly obscure reference for anyone who isn't a Star Wars nerd.
I guarantee you if her movie doesn't get cancelled he'll say his first words in it.This is Disney Wars; They'll pair Baby Yoda up with Rey.
Well pseudo-left wing. Something to stroke the smooth brains who think they're being edgy and radical by doing exactly what their corporate masters tell them.Don't tempt fate. The more popular something is, the more they'll use it for left-wing causes.
This is also Filoni. I think he'll literally die if he doesn't shoehorn Ashoka into everythingThis is Disney Wars; They'll pair Baby Yoda up with Rey.
It wasn't already? If Picard gets more popular, they'll use it as a bully pulpit for politics
So Rey and Ahsoka are married and adopted Baby Yeed. It maxes out all the ESG so they'll definitely do that. This is also Filoni. I think he'll literally die if he doesn't shoehorn Ashoka into everything

And once that concept reaches Japan, you can bet on them Rule 34-ing it to the end.So Rey and Ahsoka are married and adopted Baby Yeed. It maxes out all the ESG so they'll definitely do that.
It's OK, but that's just it. It's so OK that I was kinda disappointed. They told everyone that the end would be tragic, but the only actual casualty was the Darksaber. I'm not buying Gideon being dead until I get confirmation, since he was wearing a nigh-indestructible suit of armor and could've easily flown away. And even then, between the Armorer and Luke Skywalker, I'm sure Bo-Katan can get the Darksaber fixed or make a new one. This season was mixed to say the least, but the re-lighting of the Great Forge, Din adopting Grogu and settling down in the cabin on Navarro put a smile on my face.
Gideon definitely ain't dead. He's cloning himself and all of them are right there? Lol, OK.It's OK, but that's just it. It's so OK that I was kinda disappointed. Paz Vizsla's death was a waste, since in the very next episode, Baby Yeed and Din made the Praetorians look like a joke. And since their armor could easily be blown through with a blaster, Paz should've just picked up a rifle from one of the dead beskar-troopers and shot them in the face. Kind of like having the Mandalorian version of this:
There was a rumor going around a couple of months ago that the new movie was going to be Rey teaming up with Grogu, Chewbacca, and some new character. It may be bullshit, but it does seem plausible. This is Disney Wars; They'll pair Baby Yoda up with Rey.

Nah, Gideon definitely staying dead. By modern standards, he is far worse than all the other villains in Star Wars for the sole reason that he spewed pro life rhetoric when his clones were killed.
