Because shooting innocent people dead when they tell him he cant go into the womens bathroom is a totally normal response to a situation. I hadn't really thought of it that way, but that makes a lot of sense with the abusive personality theory I was positing in my post. I think the perfect word for it is 'crybullies', a lot of the TRA types are, they only claim to be oppressed by 'terfs' (women that they can't threaten into silence) because they need to frame their next method of control, physical violence, as noble justice. Otherwise it tends to make the ones they can threaten into silence scared enough to speak up.
It all seems like a creepy desire to control women. I think the AGP stuff comes down to a similar desire to control a women's body, instead of have sex with a woman which is mutual, AGPs instead want full control over a women, and the only way they can do that is by being a woman, or the closest possible approximation.

So I'm going to post a theoretical situation where my employer is planning to have me (and everyone else, it's a company wide requirement) attend an hour and a half lecture by a transwoman on the subject of equity next week. In this theoretical case, the lecture is a telelecture, but I suspect that in order to verify attendance that they will have random polls during the lecture. How much vodka would I theoretically need to drink to make it through this thing?

Back at my last job, my boss (gay dude, married) was essentially telling us that if we didnt want to attend, he will make up an excuse on our behalf.
He wanted us, you know, doing actual work instead of listening to the diversity hire for 2 hours. He only needed to exaggerate a bit the urgency of our tasks.
