This is John Wayne Parr doing pad work with Rogan and doing very light sparring. Notice how everytime John throws at Joe, Joe flinches, backs away, and does a shitty job of actually standing his ground and meeting the punch with his mits. Also, notice how he looks completely robotic and stiff sparring against Rogaine. Ian is right, Rogan is a pussy, he's been living this stupid tough guy persona for decades now.
