Fat Acceptance, proving yet again how certain kinds of valid arguments can be misused in order to try and get away with being a lazy, fat cunt. Then again, I shouldn't be surprised to find an obese landwhale at the bottom end of a slippery slope.

The Fat Acceptance movement is denial in one of the most virulent forms. Not only do such people refuse to improve their health and wellbeing, but they endorse poor health and the development of obesity to impressionable (or young) people. ''Fatshaming'' is no different to criticizing a person for smoking 60 cigs a day. It is as harmful as the pro-ana movement except this one appears even more prominent. Sure, men don't want bones, but they sure as hell don't want a 300+ lb tub of lard that'll likely die of a heart attack in the first process of producing children, either.

It's within the same category as denial of vaccinations - both have ridiculous and harmful agendas.

Models care about their health; lose weight. FA movement goes berserk.

I found this on my newsfeed the other day.

Generally speaking, if you are a woman and your dimensions are similar to a man, you would be considered larger than the average woman. This is due to the average man being larger than the average woman. Honestly, I don't see what's so damning about selecting a size XL if that's what happens to look good on you. On a spectrum of people of many sizes, that's just the size label that best matches your measurements. Besides, I've noticed lately that certain brands have quietly bumped up their size requirements so that a medium is now what a large used to be, etc. Unless you have your own personal seamstress, you'll just need to deal with size classification.

Yeah, clothing companies are trying to accomodate. Of course the vigor with which deathfats chase their ever-elusive 'setpoint' is hard to keep pace with

My very own local fat activist is at it again. Posting her weird memes and such. But what more can I expect from someone who tries to romanticize sleep apnea?

Now I'm not gonna be judgmental either, but if the sexes were reversed, people would be going apeshit. HAES doesn't seem to apply to guys, a fat woman is the picture of perfection, but a fat guy is just a fat guy.

Also I looked throught her pictures this time. 383 pictures, all but like 5 are fat memes, weird "sex facts", and the rest are memes and quotes either trashing thin people, or wondering why men are all such assholes and why she hasn't found her (lean, handsome and muscular) prince charming.

She had a few of herself though. The problem is, you can be overweight and still bathe, take care of yourself and such. She doesn't, and she's only 28.

The entitlement of these people borders on the surreal, where they look like Jabba the Hutt but they still think they deserve a bf with the body of a greek god.
Fat acceptance mixed with SJW agenda.

"All white people and european are thin while all blacks are fat. That's why fatphobia was born from racism."[citation needed]

(:powerlevel:fuck this person for even comparing obesity with racism, you don't want to be called fat? Stop being fat.:powerlevel:)
1) The assumption that all black people in the 1800s were fat is not only wrong, but also racist in and of itself.
2) The conclusion that people in the west stayed thin in order to exert supremacy over fat black people is so idiotic, it gave me brain cancer trying to compute the logic behind this nonsense.
3) The claim that language has been codified to further oppress blacks by talking about obesity was such a load of bullshit, it gave my braincancer superaids and thus somehow evaporated it.

Seriously, it's like furries 10 years ago, that wouldn't shut up about their nonsensical "Fursecution" complex.
If you're fat, fine. Noone really cares and I certainly don't believe that people insult you to your face multiple times a day or try to rape you or some other made up problems with a "fat phobic" society.
When someone is fat and is happy with him- (or her)self, I won't rain down on their parade by telling them to lose some weight. However when they start claiming they are better off than healthy people, try to shittalk the concept of "health" or "fitness", try to drag in racism to silence disagreeing opinions and behave like pretty much every example posted in this thread, it's just over the line.

Her hair is double chin length :story:

Fatness in the 18th and 19th Centuries was seen as a GOOD thing, it meant you were successful enough in life to be able to afford to eat to excess.... and was almost always the purview of the wealthy, poor people COULDN'T afford to be fat, they were at work most of the time...

Once again, SJWism makes up history out of whole cloth to support it's narrative, the only question I have is if it's deliberate or laziness.
