why shouldn't it work? if it's not available in your country it's usually a legal or technical issue (like payment processors limitations etc.). if someone in the US is willing with his US account to pay for another account, it doesn't really matter where the target account resides and in the end google still gets a sale (unless the local law forbids these kinds of transactions, but that's highly unlikely since a) they can't really prevent it in the age of VPNs or b) they're usually not that far when it comes to law and the modern global internet).

Rapture Queen is in almost every Phase Connect EN stream that I've seen. They say the same exact thing at the beginning "Hi X" followed by two gay flags. Then they're quiet for the rest of the stream. I've never seen them be disruptive unlike retards like Henri.
