Between Fatrick’s meltdowns, Jackie the Fed wanting to use my art as an NFT and Shane Nokes manically fighting with individual users on his thread……I might lose my job at this rate. It’s too much content and I can’t turn my head away.

It's even funnier. Though it's possible, I doubt anybody FOIA'd anything. You usually can just do a standard public records request to get a criminal record, though you might have to register your name and pay some fees. FOIA is more about obtaining internal government documents not already available public information. You file a FOIA because they aren't giving you something or you want a massive amount of broad material. A big part of FOIA requests is that they can often tell if it's a subtle threat to sue for access, you don't sue to get something as simple as a criminal record, you just request it.

Wisconsin literally has a website for this, looks like it costs five bucks: https://recordcheck.doj.wi.gov/

edit: From looking at it, I suspect it's mostly automated, there's probably a good chance nobody in the State of Wisconsin bureaucracy even knows they accepted a valid request for Patirck S. Tomlinson's criminal record.

Dan had to call Portage police station to get the police report. That only became known when judyrecords went online. That same site was used for the divorce records, which were sort of nothing.

The mugshot and the date of the debt exam (lol skipped, stlakers btfo) were obtained by dark arts as yet unrevealed.
 
Yeah, once you knew he pled guilty if the police report wasn't in the records just asking the police who did the arrest usually works if you know what you're looking for and aren't an asshole like Patirck. Rick's so ignorant (and fat) he probably thinks people are filing Felonious FOIA's to get his phone number.

Wait, so if Fat missed the debtor's exam doesn't that mean there's a bench warrant for his arrest for contempt of court? Unless he did weasel his way into a continuance. It's been two days I figured we'd notice a particularly dry spell of Pat tweets as a result.

I'd really like it to be true and I'm trusting that Quasi wouldn't lie since it's kind of important. Do they just drag their heels since contempt isn't really that big a deal?

I'd have to dig through tons of shit, but the 2011 mugshot and police report were just regular old records requests. I could prove it if I absolutely had to. I've been really busy in my free time and have just re-started a mothballed project on the SFWA, but if Piggy REALLY wants to dispute that, I could shut him up--wait, no, he'd just fire out even more lies as cover fire for his original lie. *points at temple, arm jiggles*
