Okay the video puts some things into perspective, and some parts clicked for me.

For one, I thought 1 Shepherd was just the username of some asshole vaguely involved with Midnight Brutality based on Karl/SR's bitching, but that's clearly not the case anymore.
Second, Ian/ForgottenWeapons is slowly dipping into what InRangeTV should have been with hunting, discussing the SIGger cope, and now shilling a service that teaches leadership skills(InRange shilled medical training/vendors before) whereas Karl has been shooting trash in the desert and whining about evil white men.
Thirdly, this is probably the first time both of them have talked to the same guy on their own channel. There is no lighthearted joking, even without the Discord Ops being run we would know there is no longer discussion between them.

Ian is shilling medical vendors himself now in his video talking about his 6 year old range mishap.
And in the sig 320 video he shills a raffle site. Dude is going hard in the grift, but not in a really annoying way.

What pisses Karl off the most is that Ian is his absolute opposite. Ian keeps a completely clean and professional persona by completely separating his personal life and his work life, and by remaining completely uninvolved with even minor internet drama. And it's clear which approach is much more tolerable to the audience, as seen by the difference in viewcounts between InRange and FW. Hell, Ian could appear on both channels doing the exact same content (except without Karl on the FW channel), and the viewcount would absolutely dwarf anything on InRange.

That's what pisses Karl off the most. The fact that Ian was the only reason InRange gained any traction in the first place and the reason it maintained steady viewership. Now that he's gone, all that's left is Karl, and all he can do is cry about people stealing the idea of putting mud on guns.
