i wonder how much keffals various lies about that day are gonna impact him in this. he has already been found out to have been lying about the whole waking up with a gun pointed at his head thing.
which is the only scenario i can think of where a cop would need to be physical with someone. correct me if i am wrong here but from what i recall what happened is that the cops knocked on the door and keffals then fiance opened the door and let them in. there was no struggle and keffals simply had his phone and computer seized.
they did refer to him as lucas on the evidence but that was mainly because the swatting call used the name lucas roberts. so by all means until proven otherwise the cops had no reason to not refer to him as lucas seeing as criminals can and do pretend to be other people in order to get let go.
so yeah unless a cop is on film acting inappropriately everything was done by the book and keffals is just desperately trying to use his victim status as a troon to milk as much money out of this as possible.

In both Ireland and Northern Ireland a lot of shops, especially in areas that get a lot of tourists, will accept both currencies, as well as US dollars. I can attest to this. One reason why interviews for a decent job take forever to set up, since you need multiple parties to cover each other's asses.
Since his allegation was 100% hearsay and not a thing could be proven, nothing came of it. This apparently happens as often as you might think. Cases mainly succeed when actual misconduct happens that's caught on a recording, and only some of the time when there's a demonstrable financial loss (Kidfluffer did not lose money even while fleeing the threats he posted on here himself).
