if you're being honest with yourself, once you've reached a level of "transitioning" that you feel is satisfactory, would you be of the belief that you're then a "woman" (or even currently, if that's how you feel), no different than that of a post-pubescent cis-female?

Or are you of the understanding that regardless of whatever modifications you make (HRT, SRS), you're still just a male pretending to be a female?
