It was so frightening and upsetting to get death threats and emails calling me a pedo for writing what I did for New York Magazine. I'll cop to liking the Thunderdome. I enjoy posting in the girl forum, Deep Thoughts, and Mass Debates. I'm kind of a TERF; I don't think trannies should be treated worse than other people and that adults are free to make whatever choices they want about their gender; but I also think they're being ridiculous when trans women want to compete in women's division sports, or initiate gender transition in 13-year-olds with no limits or psychiatric evaluation. I want to talk about Christianity, and politics with people my own age who are on the other side of the fence; and maybe even change their minds if I can be persuasive. I think there's a lot of prejudice here and I'd like to counterbalance it with an opposing viewpoint... you'd think a forum like Mass Debates would involve some actual debating, and not just be a circle jerk of wannabe klansmen.

I do find that the core of this site to be mean spirited and a bit contempitble. What would you say to HR about your own postings here? I never use the n-word in the way you described, and I've said nothing here that I haven't said on Twitter. The only reason the community stopped doing things like this to Chris was because it stopped being effective, and not from a change of heart or mercy.

I found it laughably hypocritical that Kiwi Farms went after the Idea Guys and Bella Janke, and that Null was even managing Chris' affairs for a little while. That wasn't done out of love for Chris, but a desire to protect an asset. You guys stalked Janke because you were butthurt she managed to fuck around with your sacred lolcow; the community made villians of the Idea Guys for manipulating Chris' mind for manipulating him in a similar way that this community did, when they caused Chris-Chan to believe he had real LTRs with several different women who were entirely made up by KF.

I never cared about Chris, but I think that's not true for a lot of people here, I would even say a decent majority, and this is where it gets into the edge cases. True, the history with Chris involves far more interaction than any other cow. But Janke was manipulating people in some vile directions, and each new discovery led to another path of degeneracy. Like with tracking down the zoosadists, a lot of the detective work seemed motivated by genuine horror, even if that was mixed with increasing autism.

But one thing holds true in all these cases, including yours - don't go and reveal things about yourself in private, as it's always a mistake. There's a sense of community here, but never try to take it anywhere else or anywhere further. This isn't a place to form lasting connections with other people, just like you don't try and make friends with the other people in the line at the freak show.

No one here is engaging in their better nature by being a member of the forum. If what you're saying is true, then I owe CWCki Forums / Kiwi Farms a partial apology for solely blaming them for extreme trolling behavior that other communities were doing to Chris. I'm not sure if you have any insight about what CWCki Forums did or didn't do to Chris before Null took over (I don't); so I'll take the CWCki's word for it that it was really just for overflow discussion shitting up the CWCki talk pages.

The line here is "look, don't touch", and outside of a few months of harbouring some PVCC exiles in the very early days, I think we've done everything we can possibly be expected to do to keep our community on the right side of that line.

I'll have to take your word for that also, with the caveat (which you acknowledge) that by hosting Chris' dox you made him more vulnerable to weenery and intrusive trolling from private actors. I sincerely hope you're right when you say Kiwi Farms today has strict principles in feeding its obsession with Chris-Chan. My faith in that is a little weakened though because the dirt from PVCC is still hosted on the CWCki, and it kind of amounts to fruit of the poisoned tree, so to speak. PVCC obtained that content with methods you object to, but CWCki's been the people keeping it live on the Internet for years, so you mustn't be *that* choosy on the method by which Chris content is obtained, so as long as it's genuine and you guys didn't personally fuck with Chris to get it.

Null's announcement regarding the closure of the secret trolling forum is here.

To my knowledge, the trolling op he details as the reason he shut them down is the only one they ever organised from here. Even this was very late in the Chris trolling timeline, and the vast, vast majority of shit people did to fuck with him all happened before we even existed, and was centered around the PVCC community. We don't know exactly how much shit went on there, by the time one of us managed to find a way into their secret boards and have a look around their community was all but abandoned, and all of their old trolling discussions had been long since purged.
