He's in sales, which has a higher than average turn over rate even when it's not a job seekers market. Upside is it pays decent, downside is it attracts a toxic work environment like flies on shit. I don't think Chibi seems like a bad guy to work with in a professional setting (I'm assuming he keeps his power level in check), and he seems like a pushover, so an easy keeper for a toxic boss. Chibi is also competent, if scotchtape is to be believed. He has good months and bad months, but he's not an outright fuckup. That puts you ahead of like 80% of people doing sales. I think I brought this up before so forgive me if I'm repeating myself, but I've often thought while browsing this thread why his dad doesn't come up more often.
