Vickers's complaint was deficient and thrown out. He filed pro se. He intends to refile with an attorney.

Here's your spoonfeeding:
  • Ethan Ralph is an alcoholic and xanax abusing podcaster who streams to about 200 people on Nick Fuentes's cozy.tv.

(Depicted: Ralph downs a Xanax with a Modelo canned beer.)
  • He has two baby mommas: one lives in northern California (Nevada County), and the other lives with him in Merida, Mexico.
  • May Ralph (née Amanda Morris) lives with him with her daughter 'Cozy Rozy' (named after the streaming platform); May sucks and Rozy is a girl, so he doesn't really care about them.
  • Faith Vickers lives in California with her son Xander and her fiancé, a Mexican. Ralph has visitation to see Xander once a month for two hours at a time.

(Left is Ralph and Faith pre-revenge porn; Right is Ralph and May with Rozy)
  • Faith has a one-way Domestic Violence Restraining Order (DVRO) against Ralph. Ralph was found guilty of distributing revenge pornography of her two years ago.
  • Matthew Vickers, Faith's father, has a two-way DVRO against Ralph.

(Matthew Vickers looks and behaves exactly like Ralph, and he manages to do this without the assistance of Xanax or Alcohol.)
  • The DVRO has rules for how they may interact with each other. Ralph cannot talk about Faith, period. Ralph and Vickers are prohibited from defaming each other online.
  • Vicker's plan is to bankrupt Ralph by forcing him into court repeatedly.
  • Ralph is wise to this plan, which is why he is no longer paying for an attorney.
  • At the advice of his loyal paypigs, he has employed ChatGPT and copy+pasting other filings he found online instead of a lawyer. I am not joking.

(Excerpt from Ralph's pro-se filing trying to have Faith's fiance` banned from seeing Xander by calling him a pedophile.)
  • When Faith left Ralph after the revenge pornography, she left behind personal articles, including a notebook.
  • Ralph sent the notebook to trolls to be read online to humiliate her. This was a direct violation of the DVRO.
  • Ralph now claims his horse-bride, May, sent the notebook to trolls. This would not be a violation of the DVRO.
  • Recently, Ralph leaked private messages between him and May where she resents him for 'dragging her into this' - because he basically made her admit to doing it so he can get away with.

(Ralph leaked this 5 days ago while high as fuck.)
  • Today, at 9am US Pacific time, Ralph shows up in person at the Nevada County Court and have a hearing to decide if there is any punishment for his violation of the court order.
  • The notebook is one of many things that will be considered violations of his DVRO.
  • The DVRO violations were first considered months ago when he tweeted that Faith was a "loose pussy whore" (without naming her directly).
  • In talking about his revenge pornography, he explained his penis only looked small in it because Faith was so fat.
  • He has said many things about her on Twitter and his daily stream which will be discussed in court.

(There is a thread dedicated to Ralph's multiple, parallel, ongoing legal concerns.)
  • Ralph admits he may be going to jail as he prepares for court.

Going to jail may actually prove beneficial for Ralph's health (especially weight, see Chris) and street cred.
assuming he doesn't die from xanax withdrawal.

I think it's pretty hard to go to jail in California, and he's going to cry "y'honna.. i got KEEDS in Mehico! They NEED me!". It seems to work for actual Mexicans.

I'm not sure if they can even help him with the withdrawals he'd be facing. At this point his brain has likely atrophied a huge portion of it's own skeletal muscle and appetite control in lieu of constant supplementation. He'd be extremely expensive to keep on a level that would ween him off comfortably and would likely have to be put on an entire battalion of anti-seizure and other drugs if taken directly off the xanax. They can deal with opiate/opioid and alcohol withdrawals, but extreme xanax and alcohol would be a lot tougher challenge for the system to try and adapt to and their preferred method is just throwing somebody in a giant wing and having people look out for eachother in-between emergency visits to the doctor, or being locked in a tank to detox on his own, which is even more dangerous.
