Watching the video in the OP of him talking about court was really weird. Seeing how his eyes move, his speech slurs, it really reminded me of my Grand Father in his last few months when his dementia was getting quite bad. I know it's fun to say Ralph's rotted his brain with the drugs and booze and shit but he really does look like a neurologist would have a heart attack looking at his results. Ok maybe a vet, I don't think Neurologists handle the brains of pigs much.

I quickly googled well known prison gangs and I feel like he'd be torn between the Aryan Brotherhood and the Mexican Mafia. Neither would want him for sure. Couldn't find one for Livestock.

The crowding in most California jails is too severe, a lot of the times they just sort of hold people in limbo at County Jails for a few weeks then let them go. They're also incredibly suspicious (rightly so) of giving any substance to an inmate and if Ralph ends up in the "Multi-Cell Shuffle" there's little to no chance they will distribute him meds. Most likely he ends up in a holding cell for a couple days and then they see if they have a spot in gen-pop at a low-security County. If they don't have a spot he gets off with some time served but has had to go through major withdrawals. On the flip side if they do have a spot for him he will likely be administered 1-2 MG of Xanax at most and that would happen if he was placed in the Psycho Wing. So it's dry out in holding cells going through withdrawals or hang out with Child Predators and Schizophrenics while being weened off Xanax.


Tl;dr- Short sentence = No Xannyberries, Longer sentence = weened off Xannyberries

To be honest I don't see him getting jail time and I hope not either.

Being out in the world will be more entertaining and hell for him then being locked away in a cell for a time.

Honestly, the community service stuff would be more funny. He have to come back to states more often to do free labor.
