Okay since I'm the thread pharmacist let me tell you that mixing tramadol and quetiapine by themselves would probably kill you (respiratory arrest and then coma/death) but if you add an additional sedative to that mix or alcohol ('lean') that will DEFINITELY kill you unless you are a hardcore addict and even then it's a coin flip on surviving or being a vegetable. Also tramadol and prozac can cause serotonin syndrome which isn't a good time and can, surprise, kill you. Quetiapine and prozac fucks with your heart and if you're taking quetiapine then prozac ain't gonna do shit for you. Quetiapine is for major depressive disorder, acute manic episodes and as a 'general' anti-psychotics. Good rule of thumb is it someone is on anti-psychotics they're probably not going to be able to type anything coherent on twitter, there's a lot of staring at the wall and it's quite like being blackout drunk with your memory being fuzzy to say the least.

Also prozac generally starts at 10-20mg (in the United States) and his pill buffet there is what the 20mg pill looks like. Usually they start you of at 20mg and once they make sure you aren't going to self delete or if symptoms don't improve after 6-8 weeks you get bumped up 10mg at a time. The most I was ever prescribed was 40mg and when that stopped working (prozac is known to be one of the SSRIs that the brain will build up a tolerance to pretty fast) I switched to a different drug.

Reason why this bothers me so much is this fucker is acting like pill salad is a good time when I've had friends who killed themselves doing exactly what he's describing. If you're going to LARP as a pill popper do some fucking research you lazy twat. Also prozac will make you gain weight so enjoy being even fatter and uglier and it will kill you libido so thankfully if you are taking it it might prevent a sex crime.

Also for clarity: in the United States quetiapine is better known as seroquel.

I wouldn't worry too much about that. He'd probably get confused as to which end is the shooty end and take himself out. Also I doubt he'd be able to pass the background check and make it through the training/safety course you have to take. This guy couldn't find his way out of a wet paper bag let alone handle a firearm.
