To go in on what a couple other people have said, Nevada County is inland and rural. We're not talking blue state California, we're talking tweeker California. Rural poverty, DUIs, white retirees who moved there to get away from the urbans. 80% white, and more Feather Indians than blacks.

A quick look at the court looks like the judge might be Judge Scott Thomsen. (No, not the guy from Kids in the Hall.)

Judge Thomsen received his juris doctorate degree from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business administration from Menlo College.

Judge Thomsen began his legal career handling insurance defense litigation. From 1990 to 1996, he was a general practitioner and handled a wide variety of civil litigation. In 1996 he became certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. From 1996 to his appointment as Commissioner, he handled family law, dependency, delinquency and criminal defense matters.

My instinct says this guy's probably more of a liberal dude than a hanging judge, but he might not be willing to go soft on someone like Ralph.

My guess is that Ralph is more likely to get sentenced to picking up trash along the highway than he is actual jail time.

I think this has been the case for months now but she is attached to him like a cancer. He is too poor to afford chemo so he’s trying to eliminate the threat through heavy abuse of alcohol and pills hoping that will help.

My theory now is that she is hoping, as his biggest Alog, that he will go to jail and die from withdrawals. She then plans to file a wrongful death lawsuit and get some of that sweet, sweet settlement money. She’ll also take possession of his other (pretty worthless) assets, which is a lot more than she has now.

Longer term the Horse Witch will need to dump Rozy— whether it’s on her dad or in a dumpster— as no Eceleb target of hers will be willing to date her with this “extra baggage.”

Ralph won't see jail, they are only locking up violent offenders in California (and even then not enough or for long).
The only way he will see any real consequences for his actions is if he arrives blasted out of his mind and gets a contempt of court charge. I see this being the likely outcome, along with a pittance of a fine.
The last thing Vickers can do is use this court proceeding to strip Ralph of visitation permanently.
If he was smart he would end it at that and watch quietly as Ralph dies. However, two profoundly retarded men are slapping each other over a profoundly retarded woman, so who knows there may be a little entertainment left.
I'm kind of over Ralph, the clips Josh played on Friday were so fucking vile that it canceled out the mirth his trash fire of a life brings.

The frustration I have with Vickers is that he does get Ws over Ralph, and then goes and is a complete hypocrite.

I don't give a fuck about Ralph's wellbeing, or his dead mother, but if you're crying about how Ralph is shit talking you while you're posting that kind of shit you do have to question the point of the RO. These are just two parties feuding at this point.

With that said, technically, I think because Sandra (since she is burning in hell) is not party to the order this shit doesn't matter. Whereas Ralph talking about Mrs Vickers does. This is because when Ralph got his big W in court against Mr Vickers, he signed up to this shit without understanding a word of it. Probably at the behest of his lawyer, who at the time was probably advising him to shut up. An RO with Vickers is a sweet deal if you don't intend on breaking the fucking thing.

I legit think that community service is a better punishment for the pig, considering it'll put him to work and more humiliating than jail for him.

Nah, he'll just have Meigh do it again like last time. She even took his defensive driving courses, and had Harry pay for them.

Let’s be honest. He’s not going to jail over this. If by some divine miracle he did, he has never been to a California jail before. People talk about the state, but lots of people do t talk about the difference of the prisons. The gang concentration makes them far worse than in other states. Blue haired piggy would come in acting like a badass but would immediately be spit roasted by AB or MS13, and then shanked.

Everyone knows this, they just can’t say it out loud, so they’ll let him off.
