Yeah 100%. I think that most of Jon's stories have about 10-15% truth to them. He doesn't actually eat sun-baked salmon to strengthen his weak stomach, but his stomach is actually weak which is why he doesn't drink or eat processed food.

On the topic of his stomach problems, I want the crew or other fish to try and sneak him more spam to see if he pukes for 20 minutes again.
