Weird thing with the dent Dutch yesterday. Phil first has to assert his control in over his paypig as he should not be tagging anyone that is not approved. Phil seemingly gets worried about this but why he would care is beyond anything normal. This is of course followed by a tip so we have a moment of dopamine where he gets to tell someone they are dumb for a multiplayer suggestion:

A quick search of Physicians Regional seems to bring up a Florida-based med group for those that are interested (https://www.physiciansregional.com/). I'm not seeing retard services directly but it might be buried somewhere, PCP or it's the wrong group.

The funniest part of all these tihydp channels getting struck (as sad as it is to lose the old ones, all the post streaming tihdyp have been terrible due to handholding) is that those compilations are his entire legacy and without them nobody will remember or care about DSP.

90% of Phil viewers detractors and dents alike became aware of Phil either from the masturbation drama or TIHYDP videos.

I bet most people don't even remember cooking with the king or the time he took a shower on stream, because his content is impossible to find on his own channel and SoK have been gone so long.

Funny enough the SoK channel and a good portion of their videos are still up. One of their biggest gems (the Laveria story) is still fully there for anyone to enjoy (especially to laugh about the "mature adult with a business degree" getting scammed by college students) Also worth of note Memology's DSP channel is still around and he is getting more busy lately. (I watched one of the newest clips and holy shit the HD camera and light makes Phil look so much shittier he should stop using facecam and go VTubing). And in general Youtube's search is shit. You enter anything and you barely get what you want.

So this might have been asked and answered and I missed it. But what is the actual impact of the difference between YouTube chat and Twitch chat?

I'm thinking of the difference as a chatter, Phil makes it out to be a big deal (Twitch being a "real" chat and youTube being a live comment section), I honestly can't see what the big deal is as a user.

I think he doesn't like that they can't use emojis on other channels or videos on Youtube but can on Twitch. Youtube saves all the chat though on the videos automatically and Twitch doesn't, unless a streamer records the chat on their video it's gone as far as I know. They're both similar with small plusses and minuses to the viewer.

He makes it seem like they just ported over their comments to act like chat which may have some truth but orders of magnitude more complicated than he makes it out to be. He projects his laziness on the least lazy things he sees, like developers and door dash drivers.

he doesn't like that youtube doesn't allow him to be as restrictive as he wants. member back in the day when he used to make people chat on irc during streams? he had the channel locked down and you couldn't talk unless a mod allowed it. thats what he truly wants out of youtube chat. no one can talk unless he allows them or if theres money attached to it.

I can't say that it's surprising or anything but it just nice to get things confirmed I guess.

With all this I do find myself wondering why he haven't tried to put his chat in members only mode. We all know that it would only last for 1 stream as it will kill the illusion of any actual life in his chat, but I'm still surprised he haven't tried it.

Some extra tism just for fun, a whale has obviously made an agreement with Phil ot give Elden Ring $100 a stream (if someone else tips extra after he gets bonus money), besides yesterday (which was made up for with a later tip) this has been the case.
