I’ve seen people with incredibly more difficult disabilities than Shame do great things with their life. Imagine being actually mentally disabled, like Down Syndrome (not just being a Shame-style Low IQ fat retard) and how hard that’d make things.

I know people with DS that worked full-time, had their own place and were married. I had a neighbor like that. He was a really nice guy who accomplished incredibly more than Shame ever has, with all his privileges.
