This lawsuit makes me think about Jussie Smolett and the way the Chicago police were simping and taking this all Very Seriously, but then they aimed their sights on him when he started to piss them off. Now he's a felon who lost millions of dollars and ruined his career.

I interacted with the Rog on the Misc back when he was alive and this is so true. He had excuses for *everything*. I thought his threads were memeing. Keffals gets the ultimate excuse by being a troon; he can just brush everything off with transphobia. The similarities are uncanny.

If there’s ever a detrans arc and he goes on test, let’s hope he picks the right targets instead of some randos.

now if keffals said something like "the cop shoved his hand down my pants to check for a penis" that would at least kind of make sense. but just casually adding on that a cop touched his moob to decide if keffals was a real woman or not just sounds like something you would make up in an argument when you know you are wrong about something so you just invent a scenario where something happens that proves your point.

its a pretty common troon tactic actually. i can only hope at some point keffals gets called out on this because i am dying to see how he tries to weasel his way out of this and sucker more people into giving him money.

The only reasonable explanation I could imagine (despite Keffals having a long history of lying, exaggerating and omitting the truth) is that maybe the police patted down the body for any hidden weapons. However, I'm lead to believe that either this was a very quick and routine process that was quickly forgotten about, or it flat out never happened.

This is the first time such an allegation has ever been mentioned. As pointed out, there have been numerous opportunities on podcasts, interviews with journalists, and retellings given by both Keffals and the former partner to offer all of these details about the terrible swatting incident, and the worst of it everytime was about guns being drawn or present and the dreaded "Roberts" surname "deadname" being used. There hasn't been a single allusion to inappropriate physical contact nor degrading comments made by the police throughout any of these retellings, despite that now being a major issue raised by this lawyer.

And this is all happening a month after previously being cancelled for using the "r-slur", asking their community to dig up dirt on another trans individual they didn't like, and admitting to being a drug addict with a serious problem.

You'd be surprised how many idiots buy these things and cause irreversible damage to their own eyes or worse, innocent people's eyes.
