These people are InRangeTV's viewers.

They're also White Supremacists who pepper spray black men for no reason:

They also pepper sprayed a White protestor.
It's hilarious that despite accusing everyone of being racist and a White Supremacist, antifa is 100% White while both the cops and the anti-groomers are diverse.

Make no mistake, Karl is the enemy.

Incidentally, I wish either MKE or PTR would start offering their G3 and MP5 clones with the MP5/10 style LRBHO. The slap is fun, but pistols and AR15s have spoiled me, the slide or bolt locking open for you on its own, and being able to send it home right away after inserting your new mag, just feels SO fucking slick, and I never tire of how fast it feels. It's like me and gun cooperating.

MKE makes a ton of HK-flavored stuff they show off but don't export (their G3 clone and some funky clear MP5 mags come to mind). I wouldn't be shocked if they have at least SOME MP5/10 tooling laying around that HK won't let them "borrow".

I'm a sucker for the slap, but pushing in a button will always be quicker than reaching all the way out to the muzzle to whack the hell out of a charging handle. It's a lot of fun, but just not practical in the age of the Scorpion. Lucky for me, paper targets don't shoot back and I can take all the time in the world to slap at my leisure.
If you're desperate for a LRBHO but don't want to give up that delicious roller-delayed blowback, you could drop a Lingle Industries or A3 Tactical Scorpion magazine lower onto a Stribog SP9A3 for cheaper magazines, no recoil, actual integrated picatinny rails, a reachable safety and probably still be well under the price of an actual HK even with all the bells and whistles to go with it. I fucking love the MP5 platform, it's iconic and deserves its reputation, but there's no denying it's starting to show its age these days.

I'm guessing tossing a few kettlebells out onto the desert, setting up some tarps and tables and chalking some lines on the ground can't be too expensive to set up for a challenge match like Brutality, but I know without a doubt it must be a ballache to get everything set up. There's no way Karl does it alone, how do the rest of the Brutality organizers feel about Karl throwing a fit and getting rid of sponsors? Are they all volunteers or paid out of pocket? If they are volunteers; are they all retarded, volunteering for Karl Kasarda of all people?

I'm willing to believe most folks in the hobby would be happy to shoot sporting matches without any prizes for winning and even pay a fee to participate, but does he really think people will be lining up around the block to win old junk from his attic via raffle? Community's a big part of the appeal for this kind of thing. Commies, troons and edgy redditors don't make for a very attractive crowd to spend a day out in the desert with. Very curious to see how InRange grows as a brand when the product it offers is just so nothing.

Im sorry if it's already been discussed I couldn't figure it out on my own but what media policy did Ian break that got him kicked out of Karl's brutality match or whatever?
This isn’t actually what happened, Karl already told Ian back in February he was going to be banned from Inrange events after Midnight Brutality wrapped up. The media policy claim was just a post hoc pretext.

Source on this? Was this sent to a groupchat with Ian in it, or was it sent to Ian directly? Did Ian leak this?

Either way, what a way to cut ties. If you want to cut ties then you either do it professionally or burn the bridge entirely. If you just don't like the person, then cut ties professionally. If you think the person is actually a morally horrible person, then you burn the bridge. What is this pussyfoot "hey fuck you you're not allowed at events anymore... except the upcoming one cause I still need you around so people actually come and the sponsors don't flip on me".

Interesting. From what I gather from the thread this is someone that knows Ian and Karl personally, and has even been in Inrange videos.

@eesmith what do you have to say for yourself goober??? Tell us your secrets
eesmith is someone who knows Karl and Ian personally, assuming this is actually the real person.

So the real question is whether Midnight Brutality was an Inrange-run event or not. Karl claims one thing, Ian has hinted at another scenario.

It was not, and I'm pretty sure Karl himself implied as much. Karl didn't run the event, or even organize it. It's clear Ian found sponsors and 1 Shepherd provided the range and stage gear, with stage design seemingly split between everybody (including the ROs). If that event hadn't been named "Midnight Brutality" and instead "Gun Jesus After Dark", there would be literally no difference in the stages themselves. Karl has no copyright on anything except the name, after all. Even the "Kasarda drill" can simply be renamed to "kettlebell drill" and nobody will care.

Our boy is mad because he wasn't given credit for the "brutality" format, just because it was in the name. He essentially wanted the event to be named InRangeTV's Brutality Matches Presents: InRangeTV's Midnight Brutality, by InRangeTV. Since Ian very nonchalantly didn't mention InRange because seemingly they did jack with a side of squat to actually organize that damn event compared to literally every other company/organization involved, it hit him right in the ego.

Karl brought his freezer-burned brisket chili to the church picnic and is mad he didn't win first place.

Haven't they been doing Brutality events in Europe for years or did it originate here? I first saw them from European vids so I aassociate it with there and thought they were just bringing a variation to the US. Have they always been an InRange thing? Just call them something else and wash your hands of this girl drama. It's not like 'crossfit with guns' is some revolutionary concept.

Indeed, Brutality-type of competitions etc have been held in europe since late 90s at least, at least in Estonia and Finland.

I was already familiar with most of what was covered in the OP, thanks to browsing the AR15 forums and being pretty familiar with FW & IR. But damn, this does a good job of summarizing it, comments are great too. Years ago I though nothing of Karl, and even agreed with some of his takes in terms of firearms. Unlike Ian however, this man has a completely uncontrolled ego, to the point where he almost makes for an interesting case study.

The man, Karl Kasarda himself, was so unable to resist the temptation to turn what was originally ostensibly an apolitical channel focused on firearms experimentation and discussion, in a similar vein as Forgotten Weapons, into little more than yet another gun-themed political mouthpiece YouTube channel. He's not doing anything unique or interesting, nor is he charismatic. The views speak for themselves. InRange's most popular stuff are the videos of yester-decade, mostly the must tests with Ian from circa 2016, much of which was carried by Ian's energy. Karl literally threw away a massive portion of his viewer-base, his former best friendship, countless sponsorships such as Brownells, Brutality match sponsors, etc., and dragged another man and his business (KE Arms) down with him. All so he could post cringeworthy political pseudo-rants on the official InRange social media pages, because he thought some meanies on Le 4channel, Kiwifarms, and AR15 forums were sharing their naughty opinions.

Just holy fucking kek. If you actually read what I typed, let that all sink in for a minute. This man blew up his entire career and outed himself as a literal edgy satanic atheist cuckold, who supports childhood sex changes, all because he couldn't restrain his autistic impulses to screech at and insult anyone with different opinions on the internet. I almost pity the man, but he's a total asshat who brought it entirely on himself and then some. He at least made himself useful in the end as a lolcow.

If you're reading this Karl, please keep doing what you're doing. Watching you tank any chance at future relevance all so you could play wannabe social activist has been one of the most amusing YouTube drama series in recent memory.

Now now, let's give credit where credit is due. the Cinnebun Rifleman is in lock step with Karl, thinking that faggots and trannies and antifa (redundant I know) are the future of gun culture in the US and a perfect consumer base to transition to for his brand.

Fair enough, I agree actually. I thought Sinistral was more tempered than Karl, and in some ways he is, then I saw he has an account on here where he just likes replies defending him in this and the Guntuber thread, rarely actually posting. Then I also saw the Discord screenshots, and him calling for "backup" in the Discord like some 12-year-old losing an argument on Xbox Live. I get secondhand embarrassment just seeing something like that. Have some shame man. Immediately just invalidated any of the points he might make by displaying that level of intellectual dishonesty. The blatant alphabet-pandering is just the icing.

In all fairness I don't believe the Discord screenshots have ever been positively confirmed as authentic (please correct me if I'm wrong). In either case, I can't take someone seriously who claims to be a sales rep for an arms company, who has the body of the Michelin man, and also jumps to his queer bro's defense any time he starts losing an internet argument on the AR15 forums, YouTube, Reddit, etc. The comedy just writes itself.

Smartest thing to come out of all this was Ian getting the fuck out as soon as he saw the way the wind was blowing. Ian rightly saw Coral's 2020 BLM virtue signaling for the sign to abandon ship that it was. I'm glad he's doing well and adding more to the world than just the odd gun/gear review and retarded monthly patron-only Q&As, which seems to be most of what Coral has been up to since the split. The Q&As have been total shit too since Ian left. Just compare the quality of the questions from when both of them were doing it, to the asinine shit in his recent ones.
