This is the part that kills me. She made fun of him to his face when he got all flustered over her asking him what his conversations with Damiel were about, consistently defended Jon when Vance tried to demean him, and managed to make him go downstairs by himself and take the baby so he's the one in trouble if he gets caught. I agree with ya 100% and I'll add; I think Lettie has a better read on the audience favorites and is playing that angle. And she genuinely likes Jon, probably because he's easy to read and not a threat to her.
