I thought Nora was his one that got away. I just rewatched a MATI stream where he covers Ralph getting wasted and lamenting about Nora on stream. She cooked, she cleaned, she had mammoth titties, and they had great social chemistry and Ralph thought he could do better with a white woman.

If you're referring to the airport gallop, we have no clue what actually happened. What we do know is that everything everyone predicted about Meigh wising up and running back to Harry and totally not going to rome with Ralph turned out wrong.

We kinda do though. Ralph lost his luggage (with his pills) and the new "ballin'" baby stroller, then he gets into an argument with Pantsu on the plane at the gate, a stranger intervenes so he goes off on her as the plane is pulling away, then they turn the plane around and kick them both off. Ralph gets detained and when he's released Pantsu is nowhere to be found so he thinks she fled and started his trust no bitch rant. A couple hours later they reunite and Ralph comes up with the brilliant "it was a work" excuse.

That was pieced together from airport radio traffic and bystander witnesses.
