Informative I had no idea it was linked to other mental conditions. I do know people tend to give adults a hard time about it and assume they’re an addict looking for a fix or a weirdo.

She seems to think (If I am Pixy-parsing correctly) that the rocking back and forth urgently is a male thing. I don't think any of this would make sense even if she explained it further. We're supposed to automatically know she's actually a man and that only men go around rocking back and forth. Obviously everyone knows this. DUH.
In her head this is reality. She's seeing a logic we can't because it's part of her mental illness. I'm convinced there's no explanation she can give that crosses the Pixy-everyone else barrier. What she's saying here is the explanation. It makes sense to her and that's all that matters. So even if we ever get more elaboration on the stomach penis thing it's not going to make sense to us. It will just be something else interesting to read. But we won't get anything more out of it than that.

I genuinely think Pixy associates pelvic thrusting with men fucking and thus thinks it's an inherently male behaviour to feel compelled to 'thrust'. If her thrusting is actually her feeling compelled to rock, that would make a lot of sense since rocking is a behaviour associated with many mental health disorders, including people who just have straight-up anxiety.
Having said that, Pixy is... well... Pixy. Just like with Chris, she has her own uniquely bizarre thoughts and difficult-to-parse behaviours and language. Even though I've been following Pixy almost as long as Chris, meaning I've followed her for about 13 years at this point, I find Chris is by far the easier one to understand. Even with all the rambling about the dimensional merge it's easier to follow and it's easier to interpret what he actually means when he makes a seemingly nonsensical post. Chris's recent delusions are really mostly just him coping by choosing to believe comforting lies combined with his unwarranted self-importance whereas her recent delusions seem to stem largely from mental illness and her unwarranted self-importance just exacerbates that. An example of that unwarranted self-importance would be how she says that random waitress should be aware of her being easily frustrated. Gives vintage Chris-saying-"ya'll-should-know-me-by-now"-in-his-second-ever-video energy.
It's very different now compared to when her delusions were also mostly her coping and believing comforting lies. She thought she could be an idol, but that's no different really to the millions of people who incorrectly think they're talented and can be famous other than wanting to be famous outside of the west. The haffu thing was her trying to convince herself and others she was special and different, which isn't unlike kids/teenagers who fantasise about actually being adopted and having a better, cooler family out there. It's not exactly normal, but it's not enormously abnormal either.
It's hard to say if her mental health issues took hold and made her deteriorate after that or if she was just really depressed and anxious when she couldn't lie to herself any more after the DNA test and that snowballed into severe mental health issues.
To get back to the thrusting, I really don't know if she's calling rocking thrusting or if she's literally thrusting her pelvis because of a compulsion to rock that's filtered through her bizarre gender ideology. The fact she says it's urgent is what makes me reasonably certain it actually is a compulsion and not just her randomly thrusting at random times because she thinks men do that.

A lot of the old idoru phase stuff seemed like she'd grow out of it as well. Instead she leveled up. She always got snippy with people, even those that were trying to help. But now she seems so agitated almost all the time.

She could just have the urge to "thrust" because of all the raging infections she's got going on. She's itchy, because let's be real, she didn't fully treat what she went to the gyno for or maybe she needs longer medicating. I believe that she rocks back and forth as whatever kind of coping mechanism, but the thrusting thing is just weird.

A good example is Lucinda believing she is a unicorn. That’s perceptional delusion. Another one might be someone assigning a meaning to a certain color car. Eg: black cars are from the government used to spy on people or the tv is being used to broadcast my thoughts.
In this case, I believe pixy is assigning a meaning to her rocking as being a male thing when in reality, it’s a result of her mental state. It could be a manifestation of stress, anxiety and so on. It makes sense to her, but not in the real world.

I seriously doubt she followed the doctor's instructions properly. And with the insistence of a stomach penis in there somewhere it makes it harder. It's gotta be hard to treat her and get her to listen.
Thrusting in public will have people laughing at her and outright avoiding her. People might think she's on drugs.

I like her art, ngl. She actually has some level of her own style which puts her far, far ahead of pretty much every other cow tracing anime.

Or as Yayoi Kusama put it, "I fight pain, anxiety, and fear every day, and the only method I have found that relieved my illness is to keep creating art. I followed the thread of art and somehow discovered a path that would allow me to live."
You don't have to be Kusama or Frida or Van Gogh to get relief out of your art, and honestly, any creative endeavour is worth pursuing for its own sake if it gives you peace and joy. Frankly, if she could be half productive, it might be some sort of small income stream for the future.

This cannot be repeated enough, and I would like to take it a step further and venture to guess that any productive craft or hobby that results in a finished, tangible "something" is immensely beneficial to the human psyche. Oil painting, glass blowing, furniture woodcraft, bladesmithing, gardening, cooking, wine&beer brewing, wire art, etc etc etc are wonderful examples. I think its absolutely necessary that people have some sort of creative outlet and it's even doubly beneficial if it lends itself to some sort of trade.

Pixy was definitely abused sexually. And seems deeply traumatized by it. She reminds me of the character Angela Orosco, from Silent Hill 2, except immensely goofier.
I even read her absurd posts in Angela's voice.
As many here, Pixy is probably the only cow that I actually want a happy ending for. But realistically speaking, she won't. She will continue to be a pest to her parents until they die, and then will probably be kept in a psych ward by her brother.

I totally agree eith you. My fear is that she is going to have more and more freakouts, however. She has already gotten violent with her parents to the extent that the police were called, and she lashed out enough at a customer recently to be let go. Thats not to mention that she is now becomingnjust as aggressive to her facebook enablers and has been lashing out at them if they question anything at all, as we have just recently seen with several of her orbiters mearly asking what she ment by the "rocking back and forth". They are obviously not socks or trolls, and I have checked their progiles and they seem to go years back. They seem like genuine people being friendly and encouraging to her, yet the smallest quedtion, or heaven forbid, one of them even hint that her psychosomatic issues (ulcers, itchy, etc) are a result of being stressed or anxious is instantly met with rage and then a block.
Sarah is falling into the Russell Greer trap, wherein at one time, he did have a handful of well to do "friends" on social media, but overtime has lashed out an alienated everyone to the point that he now "leaves social media forever" because he has 0 engagement from people.
Sarah is one of the few cows I genuinely wishes would get help and get better, especially since the solution in my eyes is so simple. I highly doubt she will have a good end though, and it honestly makes me very sad for her.
