Low production max effort supercar vs mass produced shitbox would be my guess. Sort of like how Superbikes are still legal despite being able to go fast enough to turn a rider into paste.

That's the thing with the Carrera GT, it really isn't something the average douchebag who wants a supercar should be buying, it's for collectors and pretty much the only people who will be able to drive it the way its meant to are serious enthusiasts and actual race car drivers.

It's also kind of irrelevant since Ryan Dunn didn't die in a Carrera GT (which I highly doubt he could have ever afforded), he died in a 911 GT3 which is still way too much of a big boy car for an inebriated negative IQ retard.

I think its fair to point out here that the guy driving the Carrera GT that killed Paul Walker was a professional Porsche 911 GT3 race driver. From the crash investigation they found that the tires were old and shitty, which is a big no-no for cars like that, even though they spend practically all of their time not being driven, so the tires would appear to be fine, tread wise, when the compound itself is hard as a rock and no longer offers the grip necessary that the car was designed for. A common supercar issue I would imagine as the tires are expensive as fuck and only have a life of around a couple of years, at best.

The car scared the shit out of Walter Rohrl during testing, a Group B rally champion, among other things.

100% Youth culture, especially skate culture, was very homophobic at the time, and being gay or bi would cause major issues, if not ending a career. There was an ABSOLUTE 180* turn in culture around 2012.

Some people were able to navigate through it, but Bam doesn’t have the self respect or a strong enough ego to handle it. You would absolutely be seen as lesser for those proclivities. At the very least, you’d be ribbed endlessly, and as we can see Bam can’t take what he dishes out.
